This charming and spacious home is just 100 yards to the beach in the upscale, residential 'northend'.The house is perfectly located so that you have the 'best of both worlds' You can be on the boardwalk in just a few minutes by bikes (we provide), and take in some of the areas restaurants and tourist attractions, or, avoid the hustle and bustle and.relax in the privacy of our beach house and private residential beach and enjoy all the ammenities that we provide for the perfect family vacation. The house has 3 floors and sleeps 10. 3 full baths as well. 3rd floor, (kids room) has 2 sets of bunk beds,Doubles on bottom and twins on top. Private dressing room and full bath, also an ocean view. 2nd floor- Has a full Master suite including kingsize bed, HD tv, deck, 2 closets ,huge master bath with jacuzzi tub and seperate shower and vanity. The floor also has a sitting area with long counter and stools for game playing, dining, or quiet time. 1st floor- Large open floor plan with fully equipped, bright sunny kitchen with all your kitchen needs. Dining table and convenient counter/bar and stools for further seating.well. Also, a new gas grill on back deck with picnic table, hot tub and shady entertaining area..Open living room, cathedral ceiling, hard wood floors, comfy sofa, chair, and ottoman as well as wood burning fireplace for relaxing family time. There is also a bedroom on this floor with queen bed and large closet and full bath. Bedroom includes atrium door to back deck and shady entertaing area..
All bedrooms include cable TV and ceiling fans. Living room has DVD player.. Washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
