This lakefront home has awesome views and privacy in a deep water cove. It has a covered boat dock with a single slip and a great deck for sitting on and jumping into the water. The house is close to the lake with a gentle slope to the water. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, dining room, living room, and eat-in kitchen with a fireplace. The basement has a finished den with a large 42" flat screen TV, stereo system,and a fireplace. This would be an awesome place to watch the Clemson football games. This home is only 10 minutes from Clemson and minutes from all of the shops and restaurants in Seneca yet it is extremely peaceful and quiet.

This is a gorgeous lake with mountain views, crystal clear water, and a full pool year round. We love to sail, fish, hike and tube so for us this was an ideal choice.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love to sit on the dock day and night and enjoy the serenity and beauty of the water. It does not matter what time we arrive we always find time to relax while sitting on the dock. There are empty lots on either side of our home which gives it additional privacy and adds to the peacefulness.
