This villa have a king size bed, queen sofa sleeper and a twin mattress in the laundry room!
Located right across the street from the public beach. Our villa is a newly renovated 1-bedroom Forest Beach flat, across the street from the public beaches, the Beach House Hotel and Tiki Hut. This is a favorite beach destination with easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, bike rentals (843)-785-4321, clubs and live entertainment. Beach towels and chairs are provided for guests to use.
Our villa is a large 1 bedroom with one full bath which was recently renovated to include new ceramic tile in the bath and kitchen and hallways and a totally re-modeled kitchen including all new appliances and granite counter tops. A new HVAC system was installed in July of '09. The villa has one balcony overlooking the parking lot which faces the beach. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean just across the street and feel the incredible ocean breeze.

The master bedroom provides a 19' television with cable, king size bed and large walk-in closets. The villa features your own washer and dryer in the large Laundry area.
Large spacious living area provides a queen sofa-sleeper for two additional persons, two club chairs, coffee table and lamps for reading. There is a dining area featuring a table and four chairs as well as a bar with two stools. The TV/VCR/DVD can be comfortably viewed from the dining or living area.
The building provides under the building parking with security cameras. Two elevators with luggage carts are provided at either end of the parking garage for ease in loading and unloading luggage.
The complex offers a large private swimming pool for guests use only, as well as two private hard tennis courts. The landscaping is outstanding with several small ponds with fountains around the building to provide additional beauty to the surrounding areas.
Forest Beach Villas is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza which hosts many restaurants, an outstanding coffee shop 'Java Joes', a bakery, grocery stores, drug store, hardware store, and many interesting and unique shops. Many visitors park their cars for a week and walk or bike everywhere they want to go.
Hilton Head Island has spent millions of dollars building bike trails in the Forest Beach area for the use of guests and residents. You may bike almost anywhere you want to go on the island. You may also ride bikes on the beach. There are many bicycle companies that offer daily/weekly bike rentals with free pick-up and delivery service 843.785.4321.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
Hilton Head is a favorite family vacation location. Enjoy the tropical feel of the island, the wonderful food, the beautiful beaches, and the comfort and convenience of our villa. We are located on the 2nd floor at the second entrance of the building, directly across the street from the public beach.

This condo was clean and well kept! The location is great near the beach and all shopping and restaurants. Everything you need is is walking distance! Not only that, the owners are fantastic to communicate with and allowed some flexibility in our stay as it was just for a weekend! We definitely enjoyed our stay and I would love to go back! I recommend this condo for couples or a small family.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I stayed at this property from Oct 11th - Oct 15th. Of course the weather in Hilton Head that time of year is fantastic. This is a great value for the price and location. Virtually walk to all shops, restaurants and the beach. Only needed to take the car out once for a trip to the local Harris Teeter, about 1 mile away. Owners give great recommendations on bikes for rent locally. Bed is comfortable! Kitchen is complete. TV's are large and space to sit is more than ample. The pool was clean and wonderful. All in all, we'll be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

This villa was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about it! It is perfect for a couple looking to escape or for you small family. Attention to detail was evident! Clean, comfortable, and complete with all your needs sums up this villa. Believe me, I have been a previous owner of two South Forest Beach villas and have used VRBO for years. My husband and I vacation in Hilton Head every year and made a last minute decision to take an extra weekend getaway to relieve some stress. Because our normal villa was booked, we chose this one, and officially have a new favorite villa. The owners were so helpful with the two day notice, the instructions were perfect and my stress level went down significantly as soon as I walked in the door. The decor is "House Beautiful" amazing while still being welcoming and comfortable. The King-sized bed was extremely comfortable and the villa had all the comforts of home. We easily walked across the street to the beach and Coligny plaza and loved relaxing on the balcony as well. The shower is amazing and the tub even has a ledge so that I could have a bubble soak and watch a movie on my laptop at the same time. Absolutely the stress-relieving trip we needed! We will be regulars from now on!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

This villa is extremely spacious considering that it is a 1 bedroom villa. Lots of storage space and there was still plenty of room to walk around and be comfortable. There is a full size washer and dryer in a storage room that comes in handy. This was a fully stocked villa with everything you need from toiletries to kitchen spices. This was our first time using vrbo.com and the entire transaction went very smooth. Matter of fact, we are still in touch with the gentleman that rented us this villa to inquire about future stays here. This is definitely one I would HIGHLY recommend!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.
