We think our unit will meet your every need. We remodeled the kitchen last year and the bedrooms this year(King bed in master and Queen with memory foam top in guest).
Unit 114A is a 1st floor (NO ELEVATOR)/ 2 bedroom - 2 bath condominium with a great western view of the mountains. Convenient to enclosed hot tub, laundry and both front and ‘slope side’ entrances.
The MAIN LIVING area has OPEN floor plan with FULL-size kitchen – that is fully equipped. Small appliances include Coffee maker, toaster oven, electric can opener, food chopper, crock pot, hand mixer & blender. Plenty of cabinet space has been set aside for your groceries. Dining can easily seat six and can be expanded for more. Living room has comfortable seating for 6 & has a a Queen sleeper sofa. The Wet Bar is centrally located. Additional features are 32” flat screen TV, DVD player, CD/Radio and wood burning fireplace. Opening off this area is an enclosed porch with small bar and GREAT views of the mountains.
The BEDROOMS have room controlled heat, plenty of closet/drawer space, and cable TV (1 w VCR/other w DVD). The master has a King size bed and on-suite bathroom; the guest room has a Queen bed. Each bathroom has been updated with new lighting and fixtures (you will love the double shower head to have a hot shower after a cold day on the slopes)
OUR LITTLE EXTRAS, we have tried to add those touches that make our unit special; things like condiments, variable lighting (for having an intimate dinner), placemats & tablecloths, Ice bucket, serving tray & an assortment of drinking glasses, and blender. We've included a PC Lap pad, games, puzzles, books & movies; wood carrier&gloves – to get your FREE wood. We've added ceiling fans & luggage racks to the bedrooms, hair dryer, nightlight, curved shower rod and pleny of hooks in the baths for your comfort and convenience.
One thing that gets often overlooked is that of GEAR STORAGE - you will love our ‘drying room’. Right off of the main door, you will find racks & hooks for all your gear. A fan was installed to help circulate the air for quick drying.
Located at the highest elevation at Snowshoe, SNOWCREST has cable, FREE high speed WI-FI & free local-call phone service. It features 4 hot tubs, a Lounge with large fireplace and Game area where the kids can entertain themselves. The location (no commercial activity) and private parking (available to Snowcrest guests only) makes it a safe & quiet place to stay.
Within walking distance to the Soaring Eagle lift & Top of the World – where you can purchase tickets & rent equipment. Soaring Eagle houses The Embers (5-star restaurant) & The Market place (take out gourmet). There is FREE shuttle service (so once you park you don’t have to drive again) to ALL amenities/slopes that Snowshoe & Silvercreek have to offer.

We have found Snowshoe enjoyable year round. We started coming to Snowshoe back in the 80’s. Every time, we stayed at Snowcrest and WOULD NOT stay anywhere else. We had young girls and we found this to be a great place for them to have their ‘independence’ in a safe and secure environment. We liked the gathering room for socializing with our fellow travelers & the hot tubs for those sore muscles. It was quiet yet conveniently located. We like the features of a full kitchen which saves tremendously on meals and fireplace, something we associate with snow & skiing. The reasons we liked it then are the same reasons we like it now. We have “added those little extras” to make your stay at Snowshoe that much more special.

Our family of 4 made a last minute decision to spend a few days over springbreak skiing. We found the rental property on the internet and called to inquire. The owners were so nice and helpful! On arrival to the rental property, we found the accommodations just as described. The property was clean and well-maintained, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the rental property was convenient and just a short distance from shops and ski rentals. We highly recommend this property to others- for any time of the year! We will hopefully be back in the near future!

we had 6 in the unit and enjoyed our stay. althought the weather was somewhat poor, rain the first day, we enjoyed the condo and complex. the kids could walk down a short hill to the chair lifts or catch the bus to Silver Creek. The unit being on the first floor was a plus and so was the mud room for the ski storage

The apartment is clean and well furnished. We had an enjoyable stay and would look forward to returning in the future. Although not ski in/ski out, Snowcrest is a short walk, drive, or shuttle ride to the lift.

This condo and its owners are top notch. It was very comfortable and everything was as advertised. The owner was great at keeping in touch and answered all of our questions promptly. It is very close to the Soaring Eagle lift. I would recommend this rental.

This was our 10th year returning to Snowshoe for the ski season. We usually stay at the mountain lodge because as a military family we use to get a discount on our condo and free lift tickets if you stayed Monday-Friday excluding holidays. The resort as a whole has seemed to do away with that special. When I called and checked the rates this year it seemed ridiculous...so with that being said we decided to try something different and rent through VRBO. Kim the owner was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She offered us a millitary discount and she was not stringent on check in check out times. There were no lines to wait in at the main lodge to checkin we just went straight to the condo. Because Snowcrest was not directly on the slopes (ski/ski out) I was a little concerned with not having that convenience but the shuttle comes directly to the front door of the condo, picks you up skis and all and drops you right off in front of the Soaring Eagle ski lift. This takes all of 2 minutes....and the shuttle shows up every 10 minutes. We just had an amazing stay...stayed in and cooked. Crock pot, blender...all the appliances that you will ever need. There were plenty of blankets, towels....we did not want for anything. They had salt/pepper, condiments, paper towels the condo was fully stocked. The view from the deck was amazing (if it wasn't snowing)....This was our best trip ever...the Mountain Lodge is always so noisy with kids running all over and house cleaning in and out...the Snowcrest was quite and peaceful and I actually got to sleep in.....WE WILL BE BACK!!! We have found our new favorite place to stay....and for those of you who are military you can get lift tickets for 50% off Sunday-Friday just as long as it's not a holiday....all other days it's 15% off. Must show a valid military ID.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Reid's condo this winter. This is our second visit to the condo, and we plan to return again! We love the proximity to the hot tub (steps from the condo!) for relaxing after a long day of skiing, and it's an easy walk or bus ride to the slopes (Soaring Eagle lift). The first floor location is great since you don't have to lug your ski gear nearly as far. We never used our car after arriving - the buses were very convenient, both to get to the village and to get to night skiing. We loved the kitchen - new appliances and a crockpot allowed us to cook and have warm food ready at the end of the day. We will definitely be back again next year!

Great condo close to the top of the mountain. Literally steps away from the slopes and fewer steps away from the hot tub after a long day of skiing! The owners take good care of the place and make sure that the condo is well equipped for the vacationers. We had a great time and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Snowshoe.

We recently stayed here with a group of 7 people and absolutely loved it. It's a charmingly cozy place and has a great view from the patio. The bedrooms were large and comfy. The facility was very well maintained, we especially enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub every night! Also the condo was very conveniently located near the ski area, you could literally walk out and start skiing within 5 mins!

We stayed in this unit for a long weekend vacation with friends. It was better accommodations than I could have asked for on a ski trip. It's nice to come back from skiing and build a real wood fire in the fireplace (firewood is provided) and/or visit the indoor hot tubs that are just across the hall from the unit. We really liked the gear closet by the entry, so we could store our skis as soon as we got in from the slopes. And of course being on the first floor is nice so you don't have to haul your equipment up stairs or in elevators. This was my first visit to Snowshoe. I found the skiing to be better than other resorts I've skied in WV. There is a good bus service around the resort, and there are so many restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment options (comedy club, etc) that you won't need to drive anywhere during your stay. We parked our car by the unit after arriving, and didn't use it until we departed at the end of our stay. The view from the glassed-in porch is WAY better than pictures can show... another good thing about Snowshoe is that the resort is at the top of the mountain instead of at the base of the slopes, so the views are excellent. You won't be disappointed in this unit!

Great property. Everything you would need for a condo is available in this unit. Condo has brand new fridge, microwave, and stove. Ski/Snowboard storage area is great for nighttime drying. Hottub is located right outside of the condo door and the laundry room is 2 doors down from condo. Unit is a short walk from the slopes. The snowshoe shuttle has a stop right outside of the building which is very convenient when visiting The Village. We had a great trip and would love to stay here again.
