  This condo is absolutely beautiful! My family and I stayed here over our Christmas break. We could not have asked for anything more wonderful. Condo is well maintained, and was exactly as described. The Oceanwalk complex itself was just as great. Nice pool, clubhouse,tennis courts, etc. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was a dream come true! We fell in love with New Smyrna beach and can't wait to return. We have recomended Oceanwalk and VRBO to several people already!

  Our first response when we walked into this condo was that "this is very nice!" and after a week's visit, we still agree. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. We have already recommended this unit to my parents. Thank you!!

  The place is just like new. The location is tremendous (just across the street from the beach) easy walk to beach. The condo, complex, and ammenities are nearly perfect. Very nice furniture, comfortable and roomy. It was extremely well maintained and clean. We have never stayed in a condo this nice anywhere. The area was clean and pristine. The beach was very nice. It isn't commercialized like most. The description of the condo was right on the money. Nothing was exaggerated it is beautiful. I was able to run on the beach everyday. We enjoyed the beach and pool most days. Quiet and clean. We liked JB's for seafood just down the street. Not a tremendous number of resturants very near by. We also visited Daytona (25 mins) and St Augustine (about one hour away) on this visit. We would recommend this condo for any party of 6 or fewer. It is top notch. The Scholls Greenwood, IN

  We just got back from our fantastic, week-long vacation in New Smyrna Beach and this condo was the most perfect, gorgeous and positively wonderful unit in which we have ever stayed. First of all, the unit is brand new!! The furnishings are simply beautiful and all of the flooring was tile and granite countertops throughout. The master bed was soooo comfortable, I had to remind myself the gorgeous beach was awaiting only a few short steps away to entice me to get up. There is a jacuzzi tub in the master bath that was simply divine after a long day of sun and fun. I used it a few times!! And while the complex is not direct beachfront, it is literally a matter of crossing the practically deserted street in front of the complex. The staff at Ocean Walk is first class, top shelf and extremely helpful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The complex is VERY VERY well maintained and simply picture perfect. Don't forget to inquire about all of the freebies available with your rental such as kayaks, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chair and umbrellas and much, much more!!! Two huge swimming pools, one with a waterfall. Two hot tubs, well-equipped and very clean fitness rooms and sauna. The common areas were well-appointed and very clean. The grounds were maticulously maintained and groomed. You also have garage parking in the building which was great and there are luggage carts in the garage to carry up your luggage, groceries or anything else you may need. The pride in ownership in this unit is superb and I am online to book another trip for this year. You will not be sorry for booking this unit. There is not one bad thing that could be said about this unit, complex or owner!! New Smyrna is a great little town with LOTS of shopping, great little restaurants and, of course, that fabulous beach!! We were 30 feet from dolphins almost everyday!! George - Thank you, thank you, thank you for the use of your condo and for making our (albeit short) much needed, relaxing vacation positively perfect. I can't wait to visit there again......providing I don't move there first!!! I toured the complex while there and I was very impressed.
