Lanikai Tradewinds is approximately 2400 square feet of easy living. It consists of three bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one a queen, and the third has two single beds. The living and dining area is a large open space for comfortable entertaining and has sliding door access to a covered lanai. The backyard has a mountain view. The front porch is also covered with table and chairs. The master bedroom has a exit door leading to another deck. An outside shower is available for your use. This is a non-smoking facility. The house had a solar system for hot water and a solar system that captres sun for electrcity.

Also ther are bicycles for your use. There is a single kayak and a double kayak which may be used for $100 per week for both or $20 a day for both.

The owner lives in a separate unit above and to the side of the house. The beach access is one-half block to a small protected beach and is a perfect spot for kayak put in.

This rental is available on a monthly bases.
