  This condo is clean and decorated nicely. The 6th floor is high enough for pretty views and dolphin spotting but low enough for quick elevator rides. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. The payment process was very simple. This was our second stay at Boardwalk Resort. We love the on site market because the kids love to get a Superman ice cream cone (their favorite thing to do). Also enjoyed the Starbucks in the morning (not a big selection but not a problem for us). Not fond of going through the garage (smells like trash sometimes) to get to the pool and beach access but we managed. They do not want you walking through their sales center..especially wet...so you are supposed to go through the garage. Having a tiki hut for drinks and great beach food is a nice perk...they even come to the beach chairs and take orders occassionally. Word of advice: the popular Sat-Sat stay causes an elevator nightmare on Saturday morning around 9-10am so pack your car up the night before if possible.On site security is very present which is comforting. There is a nice walking path across the street (beside Signal Hill Golf Course) that is pretty and safe for getting in some exercise. The proximity of Boardwalk to some nice restaurants is great. Parking is more than ample and there is plenty that is covered (nice to get in a car that isnt so hot) and near the elevators. We would definitely stay here again because the pros far outweigh the cons. The realtors were very easy to work with as well. They even brought us our extra parking pass in the middle of Tropical Storm Debbie.

  The room was very nice and exactly as described....no complaints with the room. A few complaints about the resort.....2 elevators were out of order on one day leaving us waiting 15 minutes or longer to go up and down to the beach....very difficult with our small children...Bummer! The pool was closed on the 4th of July all day.....Bummer! Getting carts on the day of arrival was very, very difficult. There were no carts when we were trying to check-out so we had to make several trips to the car and carry items out individually.....plus the power was out!

  Owner response: I am glad to hear the Condo was as you expected. I know the elevator and cart situation can be frustrating when the property is very busy. As far as the power, it was out on the entire block so that was beyond Boardwalks ability to fix. Good news, Boardwalk has back up generators to keep the elevators running during the outage.

  The apartment is great. When I looked at the pictures i thought the rooms were very small but they're not. It's very spacious. The bunk bed fits a 6 foot person easily, not just children. The master bedroom is huge. The owner Tina is very kind and made the reservation process very easy and fast. There is a bar by the pool area where we can get some food like burgers, fries, wings, tenders and drinks. As far as the apartment itself I was very pleased with it. I have no complaints. My party enjoyed a lot. But as far as the resort services (pool and hot tub) (the owner has nothing to do with the poor services of the resort), it was a huge disappointment: First, since it's spring break and the sea water was extremely cold. I guess I knew that ahead. That's why I chose a place with a big pool and specially a hot tub. Now, the hot tub (two) was so hot that you couldn't stay there. It felt like 110 degrees. It was burning my skin literally. I talked to two maintenance guys to lower the temperature since everybody was complaining about it. Nothing was done. They got in touch with the manager and he said he would not lower the temperature; Second, I found out talking to the maintenance guys that the big pool is also heated. But the water was as cold as the sea water and they would not warm it up as well. So in the end, I stayed at the beach all day long and did not get into the water at all. I would go back to this place for summer vacation only because the water is going to be hot and i won't need to rely on the resort services. I think it's very disrespectful not to listen to what the guests are saying/asking for. Everybody was complaining about the pool and specially the hot tub. My rate to the apartment is 5 stars (excellent) My rate to the resort services is 1 star (poor)

  We just wanted to share with you what a wonderful time we had at your Boardwalk property in Panama City. I have "hard to please" teenagers that were VERY PLEASED with their stay. The location was great, and you all did a wonderful job providing everything we needed to make our first visit to Panama City Beach a memorable experience. We hope to visit again soon.

  My family and I stayed in this condo for 3 nights. I am very particular when it comes to places that I will stay overnight. This condo exceeded all of my expectations and was very reasonably priced. We loved staying right on the beach and having a beautiful view of the ocean. I felt very safe while staying at Boardwalk Beach Resort. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and will definitely return again in the near future.

  The pictures for this condo are current. It has a fantastic floor plan. The view is fantastic.. The Realtor, Tina Rowe was excellent to work with during the rental process. She is very honest person who went above and beyond to make my family comfortable. The property is well-maintained and a safe environment for the whole family. I would recommend this condo or other condos at this resort. Being a single mom, I felt secure and comfortable. Great vacation! Looking forward to next year.
