Location: Colonia Allende, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Central Mexico, Mexico (Approximately one and one-half hours from the Leon airport)

Accommodations:  House, 4 Bedrooms + Den, 5.5 Baths (Sleeps 2-10)

We are proud to share our beautiful new home with an "old world" feel. We have four floors, with a wonderful view on each level. Each bedroom has it's own bath. All beds are queen-size with the exception of the fourth floor bedroom, which has twin beds.There are TWO LIVING AREAS indoors,a large kitchen and dining room, and balconies and/or patios on all levels.The house is very spacious, with over 5,000 square feet,making it ideal for families and groups.The large pool and separate hot tub will make you feel you have stepped into your own resort. PRIVATE SPA TREATMENTS can be arranged for at home services.

Close to the INSTITUTO ALLENDE, there are great restaurants just a short walk away in addition to shopping and galleries. Taxi and bus services are right outside the door.

The maid and cook are available five-and-one-half days per week. The gourmet cook, Concha, has had 20 years experience and will be glad to make breakfast and lunch, "comida," every day.She is also happy to give "PRIVATE COOKING LESSONS" and share her special recipes!

The gardener is there three days a week to maintain the grounds and help in any way needed. The house is maintained by a local company who can answer any questions.We have a carport for SECURE PARKING and a gated area where other vehicles can be parked.

Wonderful neighbors are nearby who speak English and are full-time residents!

Transportation from the nearest airport in Leon, one hour away, or from Mexico City, can be arranged.

  • We had a marvelous stay and your home was beautiful and comfortable in every way. The short walk to the town center was fun and picturesque.   • Thank you for allowing us the use of your beautiful home. It was even more spectacular than we anticipated. The house is so large that our group of 7 was never on top of each other at all. Concha was so wonderful and friendly and such an incredible cook. She gave us her recipe for tomatillo sauce that we are anxious to try out again. We also loved having Muñeka around. She was a little shy at first but after she realized we all wanted to love on her she was part of our group. We are already trying to plan another trip to San Miguel and will be in touch when we do.
