Wonderful condo

Our family loved the condo! It was so clean, and the owners went out of their way to make our visit great! Everything was excellent! The condo was very spacious, and a good floorplan for a large family. We had 4 adults, a 6 year old, and 9 month old. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is a washer and dryer. All linens and towels were provided. They even had some beach towels for us to use. They had games and crayons with coloring sheets for the kids. The pool is very close. It's only a short walk to the beach on the boardwalk. They have a great cart that you can use to carry your stuff to the car, pool, or beach. There is also a free shuttle to take you to the beach if you don't want to walk. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife from the boardwalk. There are great walking and bike paths. We could ride our bikes everywhere we needed to go, even to the grocery store right down the road. The resort is very nice and well kept. The owners were so helpful. They told us about the area and gave us advice as to where to eat and fun things to do while visiting. I would definitely recommend this condo! It was fabulous!

One of the nicest condos we have rented in Hilton Head! 3 bedrooms were nice and spacious, everything was nice and clean. Some things that were especially nice: Having a washer and dryer in the unit made washing the kids cloths and beach towls easy, the unit was stocked full of the little things you sometimes have to buy like coffee filters and plastic baggies, paper plates, etc. and that was nice. The unit is very kid friendly as well! Indoor pool was nice for when the kids needed to get out of the sun!Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful Villa

This was the cleanest condo/villa I have rented. We travel to the beach each year but this rental was much nicer than any other we have stayed in. The pools were beautiful and our boys loved them. We found and alligator in a lagoon by the pool and there were dolphins jumping in the ocean. The shuttle to the beach was great with little kids. Thanks for a fantastic week!

Clean and Affordable!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The villa is spacious and very clean! Since the villa is directly above a large swimming pool, we spent every morning here before trekking to the beach. The beach is a good ten minute walk along a boardwalk, but our kids loved looking at the wildlife in the marsh so we never took the shuttle. There is a shuttle that you can catch that would probably shorten that walk to three minutes (as another visitor posted). There is a nice little cafe that serves breakfast and lunch in an adjacent building, and Coco's is at the end of the boardwalk next to the beach. We tried both and were pleased, although Coco's is very pricey - the drinks were around $8-15 each. The owners were very nice and helpful and answered all of our questions immediately. They were most accommodating to our needs and even mailed back an article of clothing that had stuck in the dryer! We really appreciated the hospitality of these owners, and hopefully we will be staying here again one day.

GREAT Family Vacation Spot!!!

We (2 adults, 17 and 13 children) stayed here the first week in April 2011. The condo met everything we could have expected. it was CLEAN! roomy for the family, and convenient to things on the island. With three bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and dining/living room, we had enough space for all of us, with room to spare. It was GREAT to have a washer and dryer the unit. We were able to verify that there was no need to pay more to be in the buildings closer to the ocean. We had access to everythng with-in steps of the condo. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna, and the tennis courts. We were only a 5 minute walk across the board walk to the Atlantic Ocean. We were able to swim in the ocean several times. The condo is centrally located, so it is an easy drive to any place on the island. We also made the short drive to Savannah for a day, and thourghly enjoyed adding Savannah to our Hilton Head vacation. We would recommend the unit for a family looking to stay in a 3 bedroom condo with all the conveniences of home. We hope you go to Hilton Head and stay here!!!!!!! The MEAD Family

Great Family Vacation

We LOVED staying at Hilton Head Resort. The condo unit was very clean and had everything we wanted. There were five of us (3 adults and 2 children) and we had tons of room. The kitchen was fully equipped which was very handy for our pancake breakfasts and pasta dinners! It was an 8 min walk to the beach - walking at the speed of our 3 year old. The beach itself was gorgeous, not crowded at all, and very clean. We rented bikes (Bike Dr. - dropped off and picked up bikes for us) and rode on beach, one of our favorite memories. Our kids also enjoyed the tennis courts and especially the indoor pool (the outdoor ones being too cool for when we were there). The Piggly Wiggly was minutes away and we were also able to do some shopping at the outlet malls which were fairly close by. We would totally recommend this unit, and a vacation at Hilton Head Resort, the memories we have of being there with our family are priceless.

If you are a neat freak like I am, you will love this place. The interior is brand new and immaculate. There's nothing more comforting than climbing into a bed that smells so fresh and clean! No ammonia smells here. I came to Hilton Head Island for a much needed rest. Even if you are not a golfer, there is so much to do. The resort is just 5 mins from the beach. I was lucky enough to see tons of dolphins feeding just 15 ft from the shoreline. The beach has beautiful fine white sand and is a good spot for surfing and parasailing. Hilton Head Island is visually appealing with its curvy roads, minimal signage and low night lighting. Everywhere spanish moss hangs from the trees and Savannah is just a 45 min drive south. The romance of the South is present here! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
