  We just returned after a seven day stay in "seventh heaven", and now realize where the name comes from. Everything in the home was exactly as described. With ten of us, there was more room than we could of used. This was my first time renting a vacation property, and it could not have gone smoother. From the initial contact, up to the final directions, everything was extremely easy. Thanks to seventh heaven, this trip was more of a success than I could of planned.   We stayed for 2 weeks from October 17th, in all 9 of us. There house lived up to expectations, and there was more than enough room. Thourghly enjoyed our stay and found everyone in the community very helpful and friendly. Everything you need close by, shops amenities and parks, also great base for visiting Daytona Beaches Biketoberfest, if your not afraid of a little driving you can visit a great deal more than the local parks, we visited Clearwater, St. Petes beach, St. Petersburg, Sarasota and a dozen more places. Recommend Old Town Kissimmee if your a petrolhead on saturday nights for the old town classic car cruise. Thankyou for the loan of your wonderful home.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  house was as described but the housekeeping would not return any calls. we needed a battery replaced in a smoke detector and could get no reponse. the pool is not heated very well and the owner has not returned our e-mail since we got back home. the house is close to disney and route 192. we stayed there on jan. 18th through the 27th 2008.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

  Owner response: Our villa is family owned and we have always addressed any issues as soon as possibe following the guests return home. On this occasion it took longer to respond because our housekeeper had a computer misfunction due to a power outage during this time. She had no missed messages on her cell-phone which remains on 24/7 so she was unaware that our guests needed her. The pool is heated with electric and was on full, the weather was cooler which kept the temperature at 80F. We have answered our guest in full, thanking them for their reveiw.

  We got home about a week ago, and just loved your home. The location of the home is so close to Disney, we were there in five minutes. I could not think of a better location! The home was beautiful and spacious. We shared the home with 3 other families, and we each had our own master suite w/bath. (many other houses we looked at could hold the 16 people, but the bedrooms weren't master suites, and were awkward with many twin beds insted of queen & kings). We loved gathering in the living room in the evenings, while the kids were up in bed. Once we retired to our respective rooms, it was as though we weren't sharing a house. The bedrooms are spread out nicely, making it quiet. In the morning it was neat to exit our room, and look down over the giant railing to see if anyone else was up yet. The pool and hottub were wonderful, and the spacious area out by the pool (with 2 tables) was a great place for the kids (& adults!) to gather and eat. We DEFINATELY will rent this house again, it couldn't have been more perfect for our reunion. If we were in the market to purchase a vacation home ourselves, we would absolutely consider purchasing this very house, we couldn't have been more pleased.

  We had a great time, the house was absolutely perfect for our needs.!Everyone in our family was extremely pleased, it was lacking nothing. If we were cooking, in the kitchen, all the necessary tools were there. The children loved to play, with Grandpa, in the games-room and try to beat him at ping-pong.! The pool was great, as hot as it was, we were very glad to have it. Even when we were in the parks, the kids wondered when they could go home to swim! We liked having the key lock-box system, at the house, so we did'nt have to worry how we were going to get in, if we left the parks at different times.! Your attention to detail made our vacation stay a very memorable one, l don't know what else to say, except a big THANK YOU.!!! Lori and family.
