We stayed in this beautiful, charming Victorian house while several of our boys played baseball at Allstar Village. Several parents, who were going alone with their son, decided to "roommate" together in this wonderful home. The house is VERY spacious, 4 bedrooms (really 5), so one doesn't feel like they are in the other's space. The bedrooms are large, with very comfortable, beautiful bedding. Each of the rooms are quaint with complimentary colors and furnishing. The kitchen comes with all the amenities needed. There are two full bathrooms, which also compliment the tea house's decor. All towels are included. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if we revisited the area. The house is located 20 minutes from Allstar Village, close to the movies/ mall and restaurants and their big chain store, Walmart.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

Our family made the trip for my son's tournament in All Star Village. The house really could not be nicer. The rooms were big; the beds were comfortable; air conditioning worked great; and the location is great. But what really surprised us was just how nice the how is. There is a ton of room, and the old Victorian character is everywhere. The house is next to a school where there is a great park and playground just a short walk away--we used the playground nightly. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare meals. The drive to All Star village is about 15 mins; the drive to Cooperstown is about 20-25. Oneonta just down the road has plenty of stores and restaurants. If we ever made it back to that area of the country, we would hope to stay there again. Thanks for everything.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We were up for the Baseball induction weekend. We were familiar with the area because our son was an intern at the Baseball Hall of Fame the prior summer. We couldn't get the place we stayed at last year, but this beautiful Victorian home did not disappoint. The owner provided us with a beautiful, spacious and clean place to stay. The decor was very charming as well. We would recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the Cooperstown area. The driving is easy, there are a lot of shops and quaint towns to visit too.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

Our family shared this home with another family for a week while our son was at Cooperstown Dream Park. It was a spacious and charming home, and the owner was extremely friendly and accomodating. Best of all, it was very clean and well-maintained! With 4 large bedrooms, two T.V. rooms, a large living room and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen, there was everything we needed to feel comfortable. The home is located very close to Oneonta, which has lots of restaurants and shopping. If you have a son at Cooperstown Dream Park in Milford, you can expect about a 35-40 minute drive. But the roads are easy to navigate, and quality and price of the rental property made it a great value compared to smaller, pricier rentals closer to the park. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone who is making the trip to this area of NY.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

We just stayed at this house and had a wonderful experience. The house is very spacious yet homey. Large enough to entertain a good sized group - we had a soccer team with their families for a pasta party. It was like entertaining in our own home. The owner was so accommodating and made us feel so comfortable. She went out of her way to help us - even providing extra tables and chairs. Impressive bedding and plush towels provided. We would definitely recommend this house to all and we plan on going back again. HOME RUN!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: It was great to meet you both and thank you for treating my home like yours. I loved the surprise you left me in the fridge. Your HOMEMADE SPAHETTI SAUCE, what a treat. Glad everyone had a good time.

This was a great place for my father, brother and I to stay while visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown during the induction weekend. There was more than enough room for us. It was previously used as a tea room, so it was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal. Plenty of space for a family or two, or family with grandparents. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Easy to get to Cooperstown. Right along the road to get to Oneonta which is very close. Go and catch an Outlaws game!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities.

Beautiful, charming, HUGE house! Just 15 minutes from Cooperstown Allstar Village in Oneonta. Owner was very helpful at check in and checked on us during our week to see if we needed anything. 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 TV rooms, large reading room, and large dining room. Kitchen had everything you could need. Very peaceful and rexaling place to stay.I would recommend this charming house if you have kids playing at the Allstar Village. Easy commute to and from the Allstar Village. We were there during a heatwave, and the Airconditioning kept the house cool & comfortable. Owner even offered to bring in another A/C unit!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Large, large home, which was perfect for our big group. Kitchen had everything we needed. 10 mins from highway and area w lots of restaurants, and 30 mins from Cooperstown, which was our reason for going to the area, but much cheaper than staying right in Cooperstown. Owner is very friendly and checked in with us to see how things were and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
