We are now accepting inquires for the 2013 season. Family reunion? Friends retreat? Come enjoy beautiful Winnisquam Lake and the surrounding mountain area. our vacation home is bright, spacious, 10+ beds, a bunkroom that kid's love , 3 full baths, and large deck with hot tub, outdoor seating, and grilling area. 3/4 acre level lot all set up with volleyball/badminton, horseshoes, hammock, old fashioned swing, and plenty of space for soccer and wiffleball games. Ask about our new guest cottage if you desire more space or a seperate entertaining area by the water.
Our beach is perfect for sunbathing, sandcastles, and marshmallow-roasting complete with firewood for your use. Boat dock by walk out swim area, so relaxing and safe for families with young children. Our location on Winnisquam is convenient to mini-golf, outlet shopping, hiking and biking trails along with all the winter activities on and around the lake (snowmobiling and the mountains for Skiing and snowboarding )
We would love for you to take advantage of a stay at our family camp - it is guaranteed to be a fun-filled get away! Two week rentals will recieve preferred bookings along with a winter season booking.

Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: We purchased our Winnisquam property nearly fours years ago together with another family. Our kids are about the same age and really like to get together at the lake. We are 45 minutes drive away, so it is easy to spend the day or night and still get home for the busy sports schedules. We love the recreational activities and family time we have here, and Winnisquam is the best for swimming and boating. It is a beautiful lake for cruising and exploring and the kids can't get enough of tubing and wake boarding.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Winnisquam:
We knew that this property would easily accommodate two families and we have never had any trouble fitting everybody (plus guests) in. The large, level yard is very hard to find in a water front property, and it has been so fun for lawn games and romping around. The location is very do-able for coming and going from home and work. We knew we could maximize our use of the property because of it's size and location.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
It is an ideal set up for entertaining. It is spacious enough to comfortably host friends and family. It is an expanded cape, so the space is cozy and bright, yet set up very nicely for sleep space and meal preparation. The deck, yard, and beach are sunny all day, but we have big shade trees as well, to picnic and rest under. We love to go blueberry picking at the nearby hiking trails. We use the house as a base for skiing in the winter and the new guest cottage is outstanding for entertaining and a seperate sleep area over looking the lake
