About the best location possible for ski in, ski out. Very quiet. Two of our party were non-skiers and the proximity to North Conway was great. The property was everything the description said it would be. We are a party of three couples over 55, no children in tow.

Columbus Day Weekend

We decided to do a girls weekend at Attitash for Columbus day weekend/Oktoberfest. This condo was amazing for this type of trip. With a group of girls 2 bathrooms with 2 showers was an added bonus :)! We enjoyed sitting out on the shared deck (which was empty most of the time) and made a few new friends while we sat there watching the mountain coaster at attitash zip by. The condo was extremely clean, and we received a "welcome bag" that contained dish soap, paper towels, tissues, and a new dish sponge which was great. The location can not be beat. The only downside was the pool... it was clean just very crowded given the long weekend. We later found out we should have went to building 7 and used that pool instead of the main pool. The owners were quick with responses and promptly returned our security deposit after our stay. I look forward to staying at this condo again in the future! An all around great trip and great experience!!

First time using HomeAway and will definitely be using it again. We just returned from a great few days staying at the condo and taking advantage of the area attractions especially Storyland. The owner, Louanne was quick and responsive and made this process extremely easy. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we were looking for. The master and two bathrooms were on the lowest level with a queen bedroom on the main living area level. There was a great kids bedroom (bunk bed and double) right above the living space. The kids loved playing up there. Great location. Unlike some reviews of OTHER properties, the security deposit was promptly returned. Would definitely recommend the space for families with school aged children.

Fantastic condo and Location!!!

My family enjoyed this beautiful immaculate condo very much. It is very spacious and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. It is an end unit so it was quiet and easy to get to the unit. There is also plenty of parking.We stayed in the summer and the resort has so many options for activities. We did all the fantastic things at the Attitash Resort and hiked on the trails right outside the condo. There are several pools to choose from and all of them were very clean and family friendly. The condo is so convenient to so many of the White Mountain attractions. We loved tubing on the Saco River very much. We had a wonderful stay and we will be back!

Perfect Spot

What a great vacation spot regardless the season. Perfect for skiing and for a summer get a way. It was very clean and has many amenities. The kids loved the pool! My husband and I loved the location and being able to go for a hike right out the door. Great find!

Owner response:From this condo, it is a quick walk to hiking trails that lead you down to the Saco River, which is a beautiful picnic spot in any season. There is a small, stocked fishing pond along the way, for use by resort guests, so pack your pole and tackle. It's also a ten minute walk to the Bear Notch Ski Touring trails(60km tracked/skate groomed) for those who cross country ski. Snowshoes are available for free daily check out, at the resort's front desk.

We Didn't Want to Leave

We stayed at this Blueberry Village condo in June. Although the area is obviously designed for great skiing, we had plenty of fun in the summer. Attitash is indeed right out the back door of the condo; they run the chair lift to the top of the mountain and have the Alpine Coaster ride, a water slide and other fun summer play. The resort area has a nice pool which is very kid-friendly (we have a pair of 4-year-olds and a 10-year-old). The unit accommodated us comfortably. It has several nice lounge areas and flexible sleeping quarters. The interior space is pleasant and you look at trees from many of the windows. There are a number of interior stairways, so families with very young kids need to bring some gates. We took advantage of the stairs for beach-ball games (maybe I shouldn't be telling the owners that!) The kitchen was quite functional and met our family needs. The location provides easy access to a great wealth of summer activities. We went to Story Land one day and saw spectacular waterfalls the next--both with only a small amount of driving! There were plenty of things we still wanted to do when our stay ended. One of the closest restaurants is the Spaghetti Shed. We went there twice because it was a very manageable place to take our kids out and it also had wonderfully made interesting Italian food for adults to really enjoy. This Blueberry Village unit was a great home base and jumping off point for quite a nice summer vacation for us. You can spend a low-key day having fun around the resort without driving anywhere or you can access a wide range of adventures without having to go very far.

What a wonderful condo! It has everythig you need to have a great getaway week/weekend no matter the season. It is close to many attractions and has so many things right on the property. We will definitely go back again and again. It was very clean and spacious and our kids had so much fun in each room. The layout is great for a larger group, it is very comfortable and you feel right at home. Thanks for a great vacation.

Ski in and out!

We recently stayed at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it! The condo itself had everything you could possibly need. The rooms were all very comfortable and organized and the views of the slope were fantastic! Our family really liked skiing right down to the base and skiing in for lunch. It gave us all a chance to take our ski boots off and relax instead of fighting our way for a seat at the lodge. The owners were very accomodating and easy to deal with. We hope to return soon!

Great Family Vacation

Our family loved this spacious immaculate condo. Very well maintained and up to date and close to many attractions including Attitash Mountain, Storyland, Mount Washington, etc. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for families. One small note - if you have small children bring gates for the stairs (this is a three level condo). We did and it worked out very nicely. Also, keep in mind that there are quite a number of stairs so be hesitant to rent if you have someone in your party who is disabled or has trouble managing stairs. Otherwise, it is a great condo with excellent access to the mountain. Our kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the game room and playground. The owner was very helpful and great to deal with when we were planning our vacation.

Owner response:In response to this review, we have made the condo even more family friendly. There are gates in the closets, that can be put in place if you are traveling with toddlers, a new "Pack and Play" portable crib, and a folding cot in the event that you want a little one sleeping next to your bed, but not in it! A high chair can be provided upon request. No need to pack extra equipment.
