We chose very well especially a rain free week. The property was great very well maintained and just as advertised, the property manager made us very welcome and was available to answer any questions. We especially enjoyed the private swimming pool and barbecue. We will be returning to this property and we would recommend it to family and friends!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

My sisters and I spent a week here and had a great time. The pool deck size is huge-we were able to set up a canopy for a shady spot before the sun got behind the house. No stairs to the beach after a short walk to the sand. Good sized bedrooms, VERY nice porches. We also really liked the landscaping; pretty and a nice barrier between house and street. A very comfortable place to come back to after a day of shelling and shopping. We hope to return soon! Thanks, Christie!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

This is truly a lovely, comfortable beach home. It is clean and tastefully decorated. The pictures are very accurate, but even better if one is there. My husband and I spent 5 days relaxing, walking the beach in the mornings and especially watching the glorious sunsets from the beach. There are tons of fun things to do nearby. We enjoyed the fresh seafood, shops, and walking trails nearby. The wrap-around porch was perfect for enjoying the lush surroundings. Truly a pleasant stay at a most appropiate name of "Endless Summer"Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

By far the Best of the Best! Our family has stayed at many places in Seagrove, and all along 30A and you will not find a better location, a better kept property, or a more comfortable private setting anywhere. The owners truly care about this property and it shows from the moment you walk through the door. Our kids loved it and can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have stayed at several beach home rentals on 30A and this home is our favorite. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of room for a large family. The short walk to the beach makes it convenient to go back and forth to the house when you need something. We especially enjoy the privacy of the home location and the private pool to play in with our family. It is conveniently located on 30A in between Rosemary and Seaside, where we like to visit and shop. Bike rentals and trails and close by also. A great place to stay if you don't like crowds and just want to have some rest and relaxation.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This is a wonderful home for a family vacation. Large master suite, additional downstairs room, and super big "kid" room upstairs with bunkbeds and double beds plus a separate TV and bath. The kitchen is in the center of the downstairs, perfect for everyone being together. We spent a week there and absolutely loved being able to walk on the beach at any time just a block away. The swimming pool is an added bonus for early morning or late night swims. We biked, rode horseback, visited local shops--all very close by. You'll really enjoy Endless Summer!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

I stayed here for a week in July with my family (four people), my parents, and my sister's family (four people), and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on the Panhandle. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and a three minute walk from the beach. The house accommodated the ten of us , though a few of our number were small children, and never felt crowded. The kids loved the pool almost as much as the beach, and the back patio/pool area is well-suited to sitting/swimming with children. There were plenty of pool toys for the kids to enjoy. We were able to enjoy the proximity of Destin's restaurants and shopping, but Endless Summer is far enough away from the city to retain the quaintness of a cottage and a feeling of "escape" from the tourism the pervades population centers in the Panhandle. I absolutely recommend Endless Summer, without reservation, and should we vacation in this area again, we will certainly revisit this wonderful home.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We will be back! Our family has stayed here twice and will return every year if our schedule permits. The house is spacious with the plenty of room for everyone (8 in our family stay). We loved playing board games while eating seafood on the wrap around porch overlooking the yard which is abundant with Florida fauna. The sounds of the birds chirping, the smell of the ocean breeze and the rhythm of the pounding ocean waves makes one feel like they are in an ocean paradise! Our first year we picked up numerous shells along the beach, which is an easy barefoot stroll. We love the feeling of the sand between our toes. The beach is fanastic for those that want a quiet setting.During both stays there were a few handfuls of people on the beach. The second year we enjoyed marine wildlife throughout our entire week stay. Every day we saw sting rays, dolphins, and manatees. The kids especially enjoyed swimming with the dolphins and manatees, as they were friendly. The days felt too short as time wisked by for my children. The pool, flying kites on the beach, swimming in the inground pool or in the ocean all kept them busy and smiling. The beach is safe for families and a short walk from a State park with a long board walk through the protected sand dunes. We felt like we were back in days of old as an ice cream truck came by the beach and house everyday. A family favorite is renting bikes and riding to Sea Grove and other surrounding towns. We enjoyed the concerts in Sea Grove and the family dining. We also cooked a fair amount in the house, as they have plenty of cookware and the grocery store is just a bike ride away. Overall, just a great place to stay and we will be back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

What a fantastic place. I loved everything about it. I loved the ocean breeze, the walks on the quiet beach with the family, a swim in the ocean. My son (who was 8) really enjoyed the inground heated pool. He felt safe and I could relax watching him and his friend play for hours. The neighborhood is really nice. A nightly stroll was only topped by walking on the beach at sunrise. Finding sanddollars was an exciting adventure. I would recommend renting bikes for the week. With the flat Florida landscape it was great to pick up and go. A kayak rental into the ocean was the adventure we needed. There's lots to do within in the short commute. If you like a nice ocean town or the glamor of Destin or Panama City, its' all up to you. Family, relaxation, enjoyment, activies, with a touch of night life explain the greatest vacation we had in years!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

I would return and recommend this beach home experience without hesitation. We spent 5 glorious days relaxing pool side while enjoying only a short 1/2 block walk to the beach, all the time wishing we could stay longer. The wrap around porches on both levels gave us all the opportunity to sit and enjoy the sound and breezes of the ocean. There was room galor for all 5 of us to spread out and have our own room/bathroom for privacy, not to mention the well equiped kitchen and pool site grill for dining. The small shops/dining establishments just down the road made for many nice walks in the evening. We really liked the location centered between outlet malls to the West and Panama city to the East. The owner's definitely went out of their way to make our stay the most enjoyable and memorable possible for our family.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: We equipped Endless Summer with the comforts we would like to have when away from home. Our friends who vacation with us in Florida call it their 'happy place'. We named it 'Endless Summer' after our favorite Beach Boys album, which is a reflection of our feeling when down in this special part of Florida.
Why the Owner Chose Seagrove Beach East:
This is not a traffic heavy part of the 30-A or Destin area. It is a wonderful place to 'chill' and relax. We are a 1/2 block walk from the beach, and have lovely neighbors.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Early risers will love walking on the beach first thing in the morning, where they can enjoy the sunrise and collect shells. After walking and exploring on the beach, we have an outdoor shower for your convenience. Then you can eat breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, while waiting for the rest of the group to awaken. Later, you might like to explore the area by walking or biking on the 19 mile paved bike path, searching for a new lunch spot or shopping area that you can try. After returning to the house to regroup, you may want to have another swim in the ocean or private pool, while soaking in the warm Florida sunshine. Make sure you try some freshly caught seafood for dinner, steamed at the local fish market, or bring home something delicious like fish tacos! At night, after putting the kids to bed, the adults like to stay up late playing games, talking, and enjoying the fresh, ocean breezes on the wrap-around porches. This is a typical day for our family when vacationing in this special home, and we would love to share our year-round 'Endless Summer' with you!
