This beautiful Del Webb, Sun City Shadow Hills home is turn key furnished, professionally decorated and in pristine condition. The desired Cantera model was built in 2008 and features 1257 sq. ft. open floor plan, 2 bed rooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, double vanity sinks and a large shower. Relax in the luxurious king size bed while watching the 32' flat screen HDTV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. The spacious living room has a 42' flat screen HDTV with Blu-Ray DVD and cable channels for your entertainment. Known for its championship golf course, this country club offers tennis, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a spa, a state of the art fitness center and a club house. The club house features a library, computer room with internet access, a billiard room and many daily activities. Shopping, hiking, restaurants and sight-seeing activities are all close by. We stayed at Sonia's gorgeous house for the long weekend. The community is beautiful and the pool is a delight. Sonia's house was clean, well furnished and felt like home. We enjoyed our time in Indio at Shadow Hills. The two golf courses were fabulous & we also enjoyed the activities at the club house. The work out facilities are state of the art in a very pleasant atmosphere. The home was well appointed & the owners very responsive to any needs.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We rented this property for the month of Dec. but enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for another month. The home is very well equiped and very comfortable! Sun City Shadow Hills is a great community with unlimited opportunities for a great vacation. We can certainly highly recommend this property to any potential renters.Recommended for: Age 55+.

I stayed here for the month of July and I was more then Just satisified. The house was decorated beautifully and was extremly clean. The golf course was top notch and the clubhouse was amazing. The pool/ hut tub area are so well kept. I would definitely recommened this place to everyone. Very close to everything from shopping, fine dining and everything else in between. I cant wait to to book my next vacation here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We found this location at Sun City Shadow Hills to offer many of the activities that we enjoy such as swimming, fine dining and just relaxing in a safe community. We also love to shop and find the best shopping experiences around. We visit as often as we can and have always had an enjoyable time.
