New Smynra Beach Fla., just 20 miles south of Daytona Beach and 1 hour from Orlando, may be the best kept secret in all of Florida. Often referred to as 'cottage country' for Floridians who flock there in the summer time, this small town offers a 13 mile long beach and a refreshing laid back vibe..Once you cross the causeway from the mainland it seems like you are no longer in Florida. Great restaurants and wine bars like The Upper Deck, Off The Hook, Spanish River Grille, So Napa, Norwoods, and The Garlic are within walking distance. What you won't find is a Mcdonalds, Burger King, or KFC.
THE CONDO SUITE 203 at Ocean Reef Villas..Great ocean view from the balcony and living room. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, drug store, and a 20 min stroll down the beach to historic Flagler Ave shops. Overlooking the heated pool and the Ocean this large, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was totally renovated in March of 2010. At 1100 sq.ft. our bright, open concept condo offers everything you need for a enjoyable stay. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom 2 twins, and there's a queen pullout in the living room. There are 2 flat screen TV's, DVD player[and movies],CD player, and a iPod docking station. This condo comes with 'COVERED PARKING'
The building itself is small, only 48 suites and very well maintained by on site management. There is a clubhouse, tennis courts, shuffle board, heated pool, and a kiddie pool. There are 2 elevators one of which is 12 steps from Suite 203. The building is all non smoking.
The area offers parks, nature trails, kayaking, fishing, and surfing as well as monthly wine walks, classic car shows and even seasonal live theatre. And of course..the beach.
Come enjoy a sunrise from our balcony and all that New Smyrna has to offer.

This is a very nice place. The building is old but they keep it looking nice. The location is great. You´re close to Publix, Flagler Ave, and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. The pool deck is kept in very nice condition and you have a private key entrance to the beach. I really like it and I highly recommend this placeRecommended for: Age 55+.

Loved your the condo it was so fresh and clean...all the furniture new and upscale. Great suggestions on local restaurants... tried a number of them. The breeze sitting on the balcony was lovely. Can't wait to return...Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 4/4

Why Ocean Reef:
Small boutique building with 48 suites on 4 levels. Very well maintained property and all suites have an ocean view...some better than others.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The location of our condo is perfect as you can cross the street to so many restaurants and retail stores. A twenty minute walk along the beach will bring you to downtown Flager Ave with all it's restaurants and boutique stores.
