Walk or ride bicycles to CSU or to downtown dining and shopping. We've left a list of all our local favorites. Most of Fort Collins festivals and races begin minutes from our location. Avoid parking hassles since you are in the thick of it all. Fort Collins has a bike library where additional bikes can be borrowed at no cost. Also, personal chef services available by Chef Happy's Gourmet--take your local Fort Collins eating experience up a notch with Scott Hapner's mad skills and amazing knowledge of locally grown food. Wonderful, very comfortable apartment!! The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and is a great opportunity to cook-in. We had a group of 6 adults and we did a bike tour of the breweries, which are an extremely convenient biking distance. Would definitely stay again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We were in Fort Collins for four days to get our oldest son settled in at CSU. In addition to my husband and I, we had our two younger (12 & 15) children with us also and wanted something better than a hotel room. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable, close to CSU and also to Old Town for dinners and interesting wandering, and with a grocery store two blocks away for breakfast/snacks/etc supplies. The bikes and pool were definite perks also. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Collins and our son.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Fort Collins:
We love to stay downtown and found these units to give us the most space for the price in this fantastic location. We liked having a pool for the kids too. And, this particular unit has been so nicely remodeled that we couldn't resist the opportunity to own two places right across the all from each other.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We like inviting a whole group of our friends to come hang out downtown. We can stay out with the kids until bedtime and then all ride bikes back here in 5 or 10 minutes. There is plenty of room and everyone has lots of options for what to do. The next morning we hit our favorite breakfast spots!
