This is our group's second stay at this beautiful property and we already plan to return! The condo offers a home-away-from-home experience thanks to many special touches including wonderful bed linens, plenty of fluffy towels and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve a wonderful meal! The new deck off the kitchen offers more places to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Canyons Ski Resort. Since it is about halfway between Kimball Junction (shopping, restaurants, etc.) and Historic Downtown Park City, it is the perfect location for everyone! It is an added bonus that a convenience store is within walking distance. This beautiful end unit provides privacy and casual elegance in an ideal location! Loved it!.

This was our second stay at this Quail Meadows Property. The location is great whether we are skiing in the Park City area or Cottonwood Canyons. The condo is perfect for our adult family with a very comfortable living room for hanging out and separate bathrooms for each bedroom. The hot tub is also great and very spacious. Would definitely recommend as a great family condo

We enjoy skiing at least once a year with family and friends. The owner was most helpful with local info, ski tickets, bus schedule, DVDs of choice, and even got a high chair, booster seat, and crib for our grandchildren. The bus worked perfectly and just a short walk. We cooked in and there was everything we needed. The hot tub was a favorite after a day of skiing. The bedrooms are on separate levels and the beds very comfortable. It is an end condo with a wonderful views and open lot next to it. We skied Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley. Highly recommend this condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious and well equipped condo. It had everything we needed including a large hot tub to relax after a hard day's skiing. Suzy obtained discount lift tickets for us which were waiting on the kitchen counter when we arrived. The condo is located near Kimball junction making it ideal as a base for Canyons/Park City and also for days at Snowbird/Alta. We will certainly stay here on our next visit to the area.

This was truly a great place to stay! I have been on many ski vacations and I would put this place at the top of my list. It had everything needed to make our trip enjoyable. There was everything from good linens, games, fire place, hot tub, fully furnished kitchen, and plenty of space. There were 3 King Beds, a Futon, and a Murphy Bed all in separate areas. The Kitchen was huge and had all that you would need to make a gourmet dinner. There was also a breakfast nook upstairs where you could just see the slopes at Canyons. The location was perfect, it was only 10 minutes to the slopes at Park City, and right around the corner from Canyons. So close to Canyons that we could hear the concert they were having after the Skier Cross Nationals on Saturday. We really had a wonderful time! The property owner does a great job communicating and really goes the extra mile to make sure that you have a good time. Everything was as advertised and then some!!!!! We will be back for sure.

Great Location close to DV, PCMR and Canyons. Condo had everything you could ask for. The owner was very courteous and everything was as described. Would stay there again in the future.

We had three generations staying at the condo and it was really perfect. The kitchen is well outfitted and the living room was comfortable. The large field next door was great for the kids who had blast running in it, even venturing to the playground at the far end (at the elementary school). And, Suzy couldn't have been a better host. She bought our discount lift tickets and had them waiting for us in the condo, and replied to an emailed question by phone within 15 minutes! We look forward to staying here again.

My family & I just stayed in this great condo for our Christmas Vacation! We loved the accomodations and we will come back. We are VRBO owners ourselves and we rent VRBO properties when we vacation. This condo was a find , very comfortable & clean. The beds were comfy ;the down comforters were the best; the family room was great; loved the hot tub; the kitchen had everything you needed. The owner Suzy, was very kind and helpful. You won't be disappointed!

This place was perfect for our recent trip. We had up to 10 people there for dinner. Plenty of room, nicely decorated, well equipped with privacy. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was a welcome activity after long days of skiing. Also ideally located, as we skied the Park City area and Little Cottonwood Canyon. The Owner was very friendly and extremely helpful at all times. Would stay there again in a minute. Thank you Suzy!!!

We (3 couples) were in this condo, which is more like a house, from Jan 30 to Feb 5, and loved it. It is clean, spacious, and the kitchen is the best equipped we have ever had for a vacation rental.There is even a crock pot! Very handy. We cooked every night and enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and family room. The spa was delightful, spacious enough for 6. Bedrooms are comfortable, with quality linens, and lots of space. Wow! What a wonderful unit! We had 7 adults and a baby staying in this condo and there was plenty of room to spare. The king size beds in the bedrooms were super comfortable, and what a neat option to have the futon and murphy bed. The layout was great too... each bedroom had its own privacy/space (they did not neighbor each other), and what a bonus to have three full bathrooms! The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for, and the "great room" with the tv and fireplace was just perfect to gather in after a long day skiing (which, by the way, the condo is a GREAT location for the park city ski mountains... and really just a drive away from the other utah ski mountains in the area (Alta/Snowbird etc)). All in all we would stay there again in a heartbeat. It's not easy to find something clean, spacious and in such a great location!

We stayed at this property during the week between Christmas and New Year's. The property is very spacious, clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. We have a 13 year old and a 9 year old, and they really loved the comfort and privacy the property gave them. Given the space and bedroom/bathroom arrangement, the property would also work really well for larger families. It is very conveniently located just outside of the hubbub of downtown Park City, almost at the entrance to the Canyons and just a short drive to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley. The property owner was extremely helpful and gracious during all communications. We highly recommend this place and hope we can stay there again on future visits to Park City.

This is a wonderful unit for a Christmas visit. The views from the kitchen and upstairs loft/bedroom are so beautiful. We make a big dinner while we are there, either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. This kitchen has everything you could possibly want for making a nice dinner. The beds are large and very, very comfortable. And our entire family of 4 fits wonderfully on the sectional in the great room when watching TV or just talking. So nice to have TVs in each bedroom, too. The location is perfect for us - right between downtown Park City and our son's house in Jeremy Ranch. And the garage is great - no need to clean off your car after it snows at night. So nice to have TVs in each bedroom, too. Thanks again, Suzy!

I have not seen the condo that's like it. To me it wasn't a condo at all. It's a big house with beyond expectation extras. Have enjoyed the private spa that's in it. Wished I would have had time to watch movies in the big flat panel TV in the living room. Recommended for everyone who wants to enjoy the feeling at home far away from home. The bathrooms were clean with supplied towels like you get in hotels. If it would've been a hotel, the prize will be in the $400 range, but it was a lot less than that. Recommended for group of business travelers. Would like to rent again next year. Thank you.

We were looking for a condo for our group of 9 while attending a conference in Salt Lake City. This condo is spacious, fully equipped, clean, has several areas to spend time in, has three lovely bedrooms with VERY comfy beds as well as a murphy bed and futon.. Loved that there were three bathrooms and we could get our showers in in good time.. The centralized kitchen was great to hang out in, never felt crowded as there is a lovely deck attached with large garden table and gas grill.. ALSO, a lovely hottub that is on a patio outside the living room area.. This is an end unit and quiet as can be..And never felt cramped with 9 people. The neighborhood is quiet, and pretty.. nice to take walks in and/or ride your bike. I recommend it and will definitely return next year!

We were a large group of adults attending a convention in Salt Lake City. After leaving our meetings in the evening, it was wonderful to have this little bit of heaven to come home to (the photos don't do it justice). Wonderful location, so close to dining, shopping and the Olympic Park (which was a blast!). This area has it all, and I would not hesitate to take the 25 minute drive into Salt Lake City if you're here for business. The drive is a piece of cake! This condo was spotless, beautifully appointed, and well equipped with everything we needed, all of the comforts of home, and more. The lovely hot tub was sure appreciated after a long day, and most of group took advantage! The addition of the new deck and large BBQ was fantastic! I have to say that we spent a lot of time on that deck...plenty of room for everyone! My Husband couldn't resist the call of the BBQ, and grilled us up a wonderful dinner! Thanks Honey!! With the open land surrounding this unit, we were able to get a great game of Frisbee going, and enjoyed bike riding as well. There is also a nearby park and tennis court. The views were amazing, and we enjoyed some lovely sunsets that won't be forgotten anytime soon! Even though this is a condo, it is very private, and extremely quiet! Inside, even with a large group, there was so much space, we never seemed to get in each other's way. Suzy, the owner, was so easy to work with, and made our trip very enjoyable. Thank you Suzy! I know we will be back again, whether for business or pleasure.

This end unit condo is cozy and beautiful. With high ceilings and an open floor plan, the attention to detail and elegance is everywhere. Comfort is enhanced by high quality linens, large beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a quiet location. With three private bedrooms and a futon and murphy bed for more guests, this the perfect place for a family gathering. Our group loved the hot tub, covered and tucked away behind well-placed privacy trees. Within walking distance of a gas station and convenience store, and close to the discount mall and Kimball Junction shopping, you don't need to go far to find everything you need! Owners were very responsive and great to work with... I would highly recommend this property...we can't wait to go back!

The house was roomy & tastefully decorated. We were very close to the slopes, closest to The Canyons; Park City was a 5 minute drive & Deer Valley 5 minutes more...so very convenient for skiing. We loved having a private hot tub on the patio. It was very nice to have 3 bedrooms with king size beds. We ate dinner in almost everynight. The kitchen was well stocked & easy to cook in. It was a great home-away-from-home.
