  We rented this exceptional property with my brother and his partner. The front door was a 1 minute walk from the Metro entrance located on a quiet street in a non-touristy part of Paris. We were met by Maria, who gave us a tour of the property, and set up a welcome bottle of Champagne! The condo is immaculately maintained, well organized and comes with all the amenities, including a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower. We had one small glitch, but an email to Johno resulted in a quick fix and no harm - no foul. Also, Johno has taken the time to put together a volume of written material about Paris and the general area that is a time and money saver. There are plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood, a large grocery store with a decent wine selection within a 5 minute walk, laundry and dry cleaners close by, and a corner bistro frequented almost exclusively by the locals right across the street. Our stay in Paris was all we had hoped and this fine property was a very important part of that success. Would we stay there again? Absolutely!

  We, two couples, stayed at this comfortable and attractive apartment for 5 nights.The photos correctly reflect the apartment. It has a well equipped kitchen, and we felt right away at home. It is conveniently located close to the metro and stores and has a nice view of the Eiffel tower from the patio. Some Paris landmarks including the Eiffel tower are within walking range. We would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone.

  Our stay in this apartment has a mixed review. When we originally were quoted a price for our 9 day stay we thought it was a fair deal. He ended up charging us a 150.00 more than the quote and an extra 100.00 more in the cleaning fee (the cleaning fee is for the work done to the apartment before you arrive, not after). Since these extra fees where tacked on just a week before we arrived and the owner had already charged a portion of the total cost on our credit card, we didn't have the time or money to find another option. We think he knew our predicament and stuck it to us. His excuse for the discrepancy was that he mistakenly quoted us a price for the week and not nine days. We though this was a poor excuse since in his quote he typed in our exact trip dates. Anyway, the location of the apartment was great. It is in an authentic French neighborhood with supermarkets and subway stations right around the corner. You can see the Eiffel tower from the balcony and to reach it is only a 15 minute walk. The apartment was quite modern and very clean. Since the apartment pictures were taken with a wide angle lens it appears larger than it really is. It's a good size for 2 people, 3 is snug and any more than that and it is too small, in my opinion. All in all it was a great trip and staying in an apartment was more enjoyable than a hotel.

  We had a wonderful time at your apartment last summer 2011. It was our first trip to Paris, and my wife, my 10 year old daughter, my 13 year old son, and I all loved your location, the amenities, the decor, and the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from your sun deck. We did not realize we would be there during Bastille Day, and we were able to watch the fireworks over the Eiffel Tower that evening for the celebration. Fantastic! I would highly recommend your apartment to my family, friends, and business colleagues for upcoming travel to Paris. Thank you so much! Jim

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The location was indeed perfect to visit all of Paris with a Metro station only a half block away. The decor was stylish and contemporary yet welcoming and warm. The apartment was definitely clean and everything was in working order. The owner was quickly responsive to all questions. He provided a handbook about the property and the location and it proved to have very useful information. There are many cafes within easy walking distance and we enjoyed dinner at Au Goût Dujour just a block away. We would stay in this apartment again!

  We stayed for four nights from September 8, 2011. This is a beautiful apartment with the metro a few steps from the apartment. Maria the building manager was very helpful. Restaurants close by, and only a short metro ride to all of the main Paris sites.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  We had a most pleasant stay for two weeks in the first two weeks of July, 2012. We are used to plenty of space, and we found the apartment is of very comfortable size. The apartment has big windows in both the front and back, making the whole place very welcoming. There is no tall building close by in front, so there is plenty of breeze. The walkout balcony where we can sit and relax adds to a sense of openess. The very efficient air conditioner in every room, cable TV and Internet access, the open layout of the apartment, metro stop just round the corner, a bakery shop and a supermarket (Monoprix) just across the street greatly enhanced our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment to both families and couple. The neighborhood is safe, convenient and the owner is very kind.

  This apartment has all that a traveller needs. Well appointed and marvellously decorated. Full kitchen and laundry. Internet and printer handy. Lift access. Ably catered to our family of five. Live like a local but still only 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Well served by public transport, bus stop and metro virtually at the door. Everything is in walking distance. Supermarkets nearby for supplies. Terrific selection of cafes, restaurants and boulangeries if cooking isn't a priority. Organising our stay was a breeze and the apartment manager was always on hand with a smile. Highly recommended.

  We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this very well equipped and comfortable apartment in an interesting part of Paris. Conveniences, (bakery, metro, restaurants etc.) are all within one or two blocks. We recommend it to all. Great balcony with a very nice view (albeit partial) of the Tour Eiffel.
