Four bedroom single family home located three blocks from Bay Head's finest guarded beach.
Six beach badges included, required for ages 12 and up.
All rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished.
High quality mattresses on all beds.
Lots of new construction for 2013. Hardwood floors throughout the first floor.
New kitchen appliances.

Beautiful full tiled bath, including bath tub, tile, flooring, vanity, sink, lighting, and decor. two king size, and two queen size beds.
Additional beds available are one twin bed and one port a crib.
All bed linens are supplied.
Every year during the off season the owners update, upgrade and maintain the property so that you will have a worry free, totally enjoyable, problem free, stay in this lovely home.
Some of the recent upgrades include:
Complete remodeling of the dining room, kitchen,and both baths.
Creation of separate laundry room.
Complete replacement of all plumbing pipes throughout the house so you have, rust-free water, with great water pressure in all fixtures.
Full renovation of the upstairs full bath. The renovations include a new bathtub, sink, vanity, lighting, tile floor and cabinetry.
New electrical wiring throughout first floor.
If you need more room for up to 5 additional guests there is a beautiful two bedroom cottage located in the rear of the property for an additional fee. This second home is perfect for honeymooners, parents, grandparents, inlaws, and extended family who may want to vacation with you but prefer their own accomodations. The houses are separated with six foot fences so each is private but close enough to each other to spend time together. Please call or email for details on both homes.

About the owner: Art and Pat are third generation owners and managers of the property. Art is an electrician by trade and enjoys maintaining the property to the highest standards. Pat handles the bookings and showings of the property. Together we insure that you have a wonderful rental experience.

This four bedroom colonial house was the owner's childhood home and was rented out by his parents to summer vacationers for over 40 years. For the last fifteen years Art, and his wife Pat, have continued offering this home to visitors of Bay Head for the next generation of families and friends to enjoy while upgrading and improving the home to satisfy the needs of today's modern families.
