My family and I stayed in this unit for a week and we really enjoyed it. It was really nice and spacious,it had a great balconey. I didn't give it a 5 star because we did have some issues with a very slow drain in the master bathroom, and the parking isn't that great. We never met the owners but, when communicating via email/phone they were very lovely people. I would still rent this unit for future use.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We loved our condo at Sunchase IV. It was very clean, had a great view of the ocean and was just a short walk to the beach. The pools were all very nice and kept clean. Beds were super comfortable! Even though there were quite a few people staying in the complex, it was always quiet in our condo. I wish the condo was better stocked with dish soap and trash bags or that I would've known to bring my own. Also, I had to call every day to get towel service. Those were both very minor things. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay!

Owner response: The manager of our condo does provide daily towel exchange service. They start with the top floors and work down as quickly as they can. During the busy season this takes time and we are sorry it took longer than you expected. Unfortunately dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and paper towels are not provided. We will try to better inform our future renters so they may bring their own. Thanks for the useful comments.

Our 6-day stay at the condo was one of the best vacations we've ever had. My family of 5 had a ton of space to stretch out. The master bedroom was awesome and the bath was very nice. We think we found our spot for SPI vacations and have referred our friends already to this condo.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a Great Stay!

Thanks Isaacson's for sharing your condo with us, we had an amazing time! Upon arrival we were so impressed by the friendly staff and the amazingly clean condo. We stayed in Padre for 6 days and had a blast. The last two days of our trip were extremely windy so we were unable to go to the beach but were able to go to the pool as the wind was blocked in that area. Our kids had a great time boogie boarding in the Ocean and swimming in the pools during our stay. We also had fun catching sand crabs at night and walking along the beach. The condo had a great workout room in the North Tower for those who like to workout. The Beds in room 305 were so comfortable that everyone in my family slept great! We utilized the kitchen quite a bit as we ate many of our meals at "home" and enjoyed eating out on the balcony. Martha was super sweet to call us during our vacation to check on us and answer any questions that we had. We can't say enough about what a great time we had! Thanks again to the Isaacson's for sharing their condo with us and helping to make our vacation such a great experience!

Relaxing weekend at Sunchase

We had a pleasant stay at Sunchase...The beach view was a visual treat to us. Had a relaxing evening at the spa there......the facility was too good that we did not wanna leave from there....We had to use the washer and there was no detergent.....We called the owner Martha and she was kind enough to step in to the facility to help us to wash..... We had fun time at the beach.Jet-ski and parasail activities were also nearby......overall it was a memorable stay for us.......we would like to visit it sometime next year again......i would highly recommend this place to everyone

Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS

Despite unseasonably coool, wet, cloudy weather, we had a wonderful Christmas at your comfortable condo! Everything was as documented. However, even better, was the way our hosts, Martha & Dean, went well beyond expectations at making our visit enjoyable. The condo was extremely comfortable and well equipped with all amenities covered. The view was so relaxing. We especially enjoyed the floor plan, with bedrooms upstairs and removed from the almost constant excitement being shared by our grandson. He absolutely loved his "home away from home"! This Austin family hopes to return soon!.

I can't say enough about this condo. It has an exceptional breath taking view of the gulf. Everything you need to make your stay like the comforts of your own home are here. Most importantly to my wife (Mrs. Clean) the place was spotless upon check in! My kids loved the swimming pools and extra large hot tub. The beach is beautiful and clean. The grounds at the complex are well kept and the staff were very helpful. Dean and Martha were very easy to contact and went out of their way to assist with questions about the area. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you very much Martha and Dean.

Great Condo. Walk to beach, secure and easy access off and on to property. In the middle of South Padre for easy access to stores. Very safe. Office staff were great. Great value. Condo was simple, effecient, kid freindly. Very good for families. Nice, well maintained building.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Sunchase IV. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable and provided a great view of the ocean as well as the pool area and courtyard. We enjoyed the balcony so much, we had most of our meals out there! Thanks for a great experience. We're already thinking about the next time we might be able to go!

Everyone in my family enjoyed staying in this condo. It was clean, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. It has nice view to the beach on upper floor. The swimming pool was still heated in May, my kids enjoyed swimming in it. The beach was beautiful as always, especially in the middle of May, not many people around us everywhere we went. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this condo.

Our condo was very clean and the owners were helpful. The only thing I would like to see is the street address on the building. Hard to find when arriving late at night. I would recommend this condo to a friend.

Owner response: Our Homeowners Association will be putting up a new sign on the front gate in the near future. Until that time, we have developed detailed instructions for our guests to use after dark. It is hard to believe our month is almost over. We thank you for letting us rent your condo. It is very comfortable and we really liked viewing the ocean. We both found it interesting catching ghost shrimp from the sand on the beach for surf fishing and then fishing with Dean. We hope we left everything clean and neat like it was when we arrrived.

My sisters and I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The unit is beautifully located close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Views from each room are breathtaking and expansive. The rooms are very tastefully furnished and decorated--comfortable seating, good reading spots and all electronics in working order. Beds are comfortable, reading lights in all beds--a plus. Good linens and amply supplied. Great working kitchen with all the right stuff for a cook--which I am. The pool and other amenities are gorgeous and kept at perfect temperatures for every type of water activity. Scrumptuous fresh shimp at the island restaurants and free bus transport made our stay everything we wished for. I'd recommend it to others and will go back again.

We live on Lake Conroe and wanted to spend a week at the beach. You have a wonderful place here. The view of the ocean is beautiful. We really enjoyed it. The condo is really nice. It was great having it so the teenages could have their own room and TV. better than a hotel where you are on top of each other all week. We hope to come again next summer and hope to stay at your place.

Stayed at the Isaacson's Sunchase IV condo on the Island and we had a wonderful time. Mrs. Isaacson was very helpful with any questions that we had and everything was just as she explained. The condo faces the pool and has full view of the ocean. We really enjoyed the privacy that the suite has to offer since the rooms are upstairs and the kitchen and living room are downstairs. We had family come over during the weekend to visit us and we were all very comfortable. The condo has a large balcony that is connected to the living area, and kitchen so you can really enjoy lounging around and being inside with a great view or outside in the fresh air. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun weekend on the SPI.
