WELCOME to the Fuller-Daze Home of Steamboat Springs. We are two lucky families that have come together to build our dreamhome in Steamboat with a fantastic location in Hunters Ridge, just one mile from the Gondola and on the mountainside. We offer a very private setting and a very clean home that we manage ourselves with help from our builder in Steamboat.
From the pictures you can see the Thunderhead Gondola in the background and our views of the valley stretch for miles. Our street dead ends just a few houses away so there is little traffic and our neighborhood is child and dog friendly. There is a big hill in the backyard for the kids and we have sleds for them to challenge the steep run.
Fuller-Daze is a 3 bedroom home that was built with rentals in mind and includes extra vanities, super comfortable beds, and just about every amenity a vacationing family might want. The oversized "blue jean" sofa is big enough for 6 or 7 to warm up in front of the fireplace and the kitchen is set up for pizza's or your own gourmet creations from scratch. The outside deck has a new 6 person Hot Springs tub all set up to sooth those sore skiing legs and our sauna is good way to warm up before or after the hot tub or skiing.
This home is registered with the City of Steamboat Springs (PERMIT # VHR-07-37) and certified for weekly rentals. Our minimum lease is 5 nights and we prefer Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals. Lease rates vary in the ski season between $2,500 and $3,500 a week; Holiday rates are slightly higher. Summer rates are $1,750 per week and monthly rates are available. One dog is welcome under our pet friendly rules; we require a cash pet deposit as well as a credit card on file as a security deposit for damages.
This is a private home kept up to very high standards with great views and a great location. While we are not directly on the free bus route, it does pick up about 300-yds. away with a fairly steep descent or climb in between. So if you don't have a car planned for your trip, you may not want our house. We are also too busy to barter for your vacation home; any time we get, we like to go to Steamboat.
