  We wanted a large, clean, newer home for our vacation; this home met our expectations and more. This house was better than the pictures on the web-site. The home is nicely decorated, clean, has comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen, with fine towels and bedding. The pool is private and not backing on to another person’s pool. The location is ideal; close to many malls and Disney parks are an easy drive. Large grocery store, pizza, and pharmacy less than 5 minute drive. A wide range of restaurants are only 5-10 minutes away. We viewed hundreds of houses on-line and many used wide angle lens photography to make the rooms look larger, however upon closer inspection of the pictures the rooms were cramped and many appeared dated; older televisions in the photos were the big clue every time which likely meant the beds were older too. The rooms in Paradise Del Sol are spacious with great furniture. We were very happy with our choice and would highly recommend this home for your vacation. We will stay here on our next Florida Vacation and not spend hours looking on line. The neighbors on both sides are full time residents and were very friendly and helpful.   I would just like to thank Donna for the opportunity to call her beaufiful home our "home away from home'. The beauty, the space, the convenience and the pool made it a joy to stay there and relax on those days where we just wanted some quiet time around the pool!! The home gives out a warm welcoming feeling with breathtaking decor! A definite recommendation for all to rent!! Hoping to return very soon!!

  Your stunning villa became our home for a week. This was a first for us, we usually stay at hotels and for the first time we invited another family from abroad to join us on our vacation. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, a real tropical paradise! Four bedrooms was perfect for the six of us. The design of the house gave us all a lot of privacy and the kids loved having their own bedrooms. We feel that we created some wonderful memories in your paradiso del sol... Mornings were filled with... the aroma of fesh coffee brewing...the nutty smell of fresh bread bought at Publix and sweet spring berries... Evenings were exhausted bodies...unwinding with card games, catching up on our best disney moments, Of course we grew tired of park food so it was great to have a full working kitchen. We certainly had some incredible dinners...pesto chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, grilled asparagus hot off the grill...sitting poolside sipping bubbly...the sound of childrens laughter as they splash in the pool.. It will certainly be a trip we will never forget! Thank you for the memories After the long hot days at the parks, the pool and jacuzi were very relaxing.

  Our families had an awesome experience at this vacation home.The rental was in excellent condition, clean and we were pleased that images presented on the website were very representative of the quality and layout of the property. The home was well equipped for our toddlers with dishware, highchair, stroller, as well as child locks for the cabinets. Donna was very helpful in responding to our correspondences and questions, and we were pleased to receive a call from her during our stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. This property was about 15 minutes away from the Disney parks, shopping and restaurants and about a 5 minute drive to the closest grocery store. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.

  Our family of five stayed in this lovely home for two weeks during the Christmas season. The home was everything you see in the pictures ~ very clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room to spread out, and our kids loved having their own bedrooms with TVs! We spent a lot of time poolside either swimming, sunbathing or playing games when we weren't at the nearby Disney parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to family and friends!

  We stayed here for a long weekend for my son's birthday in December of 2011. This house is everything it promises and more. It truly is a home away from home. My family and I have rented many vacation houses and this one by far surpasses all of them. Upon arriving, Donna provided wine and chocolates (my favorite, how did she know!?) and the house was so warm and welcoming. The pool was wonderful as was the exquisite sitting area on the back porch. The beautiful house decor goes above and beyond any rental I've ever seen and it had everything needed on site to make your stay stress-free and accomodating. Don't think twice about booking this rental; I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you Donna! The Andersons from St. Augustine, FL

  After staying at this beautifully decorated and well maintained villa, I will never be able to get our family of 6 to stay in a hotel again! At first I was concerned that the villa would not live up to the pictures on the website, but my doubts were erased from the moment we pulled into the drive. From the pool water temperature (in late November) to the spacious rooms to the peaceful neighborhood, we couldn't have asked for more. Our children asked if we could buy the house and move to Florida....and we found ourselves realizing the kids had a great idea! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

  We had a great time at this villa. The house was nicely decorated and was exactly how it was depicted on the website. The pool was great for the kids and the adults. The villa is close to grocery stores and restaurants and about 15 minutes to the Disney parks. We would definitely recommend this villa to others and hope to return again. The Davis Family

  Dear Donna, Your villa is absolutely beautiful! From the minute we walked in the front doors we knew we felt at home! The villa is very spacious and beautifully decorated! My kids enjoyed the TV's in the rooms they slept in, as well as the Xbox in the boys room! Not to mention the games room that you have - it really allowed us the parents to relax around the pool so that they could enjoy their own free time! The kitchen was well equipped and very comfortable to be in! The house was very bright as the there are plenty of windows! The Orlando airport is only 40 minutes away and very easy to get too. The grocery store is about 5 minutes away from the villa. The photos on the website left nothing out of your villa!. The property was cleaned and very well maintained. Donna was very helpful with the questions we had. There were plenty of towels for each of the bathrooms and also for the pool. We would and already have recommended your villa to friends & family and will continue to do so! We visitied Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Universal Studios (both parks) as they were only 20 to 30 minutes away from the villa! Before we had even left Orlando we had already said we would be back and have actually rented the Villa for another week in 2012! We also appreciated you taking the time to call on the evening we arrived to make sure everything was ok. Not to mention the wine, chocolates & card that was waiting for us when we arrived - thank you! Thank you for everything as we have some really wonderful memories from our trip!

  Paradise Del Sol was "paradise" for us each evening upon returning from the theme parks. Even before we would leave the theme parks our kids would be talking about going swimming in "their very own pool". Upon entering we were awed by the decor and loved the layout of the home. All the "little" touches added up to a wonderful nine-day stay. We enjoyed the complimentary treats as well! If we ever return to the area we would definately stay here again!

  The house was great! Very clean, exquisitely decorated and lots of space for the family! Great layout w/ kitchen and family room together, so anyone working in the kitchen can still entertain as well as have a good view of the pool. The pool was great, with a patio table and chairs and also a separate sitting area with table and couches all close to the pool so you can still watch the kids while relaxing. I might have paid for pool heat, though, in retrospect. It was great during the day, but it helps extend your swim time further into the evening, or you can get in earlier in the morning. Games room is good, but didn't use it at all as it's in the garage and it was hot in there constantly due to the weather. Bbq was terrific, but could use a light out back for late evening Bbqers. We had free WiFi throughout our stay, with one small interruption. I called the managers and they were extremely helpful and in minutes we had the WiFi back. Overall impression: Fantastic house for a vacation rental. One level, all entertaining areas are within view of each other (kitchen, family room, pool) for ease of watching over kids, and fantastic attention to detail, from the decorating and furniture to small plaques throughout the house with specific information on some feature of the house. Even a personal greeting package from the owners! You'd be hard pressed to find a more relaxing home for your vacation. This is our 6th time renting a vacation home, and this was by far the best one.

  Just wanted to leave a note to let you know how much we enjoyed your lovely home. It was in good proximity to the Disney Parks and provided all the amenities that our family needed.   Paradise Del Sol is a terrific vacation property - the photos do not do it justice. Donna has thought of everything - the villa is very well equipped, and the decor and personal touches make it a very relaxing place to stay. The location is not far from Disney and other attractions, but it is nicely secluded from the busyness of the tourist areas in Orlando. Paradise Del Sol is highly recommended!

  We had a fabulous time in Orlando and the house made a big difference. We were a party of 6 guests and everyone had plenty of space. The decor was beautiful, the pool in the backyard was fantastic, especially when returning from a day a the theme park. The kids loved the playroom and the Xbox in their room. The house was clean and very well furbished. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us, it was a delight, we totally want to do this again soon.

  Our family of 6 plus one grandmother visited Disney World and stayed in this lovely vacation home. The home is decorated beautifully and there was plenty of space for everyone. Our kids loved the game room, pool and video game system. The kitchen is well appointed for those preparing meals. We enjoyed our stay in the home. Perfect for families.

  This was our first experience with vacation rental properties. We were 'Blown Away' by this property!! Our first step into 'Paradise' was one of amazement to the layout, quality of decor and furnishings, pool (with full sun exposure throughout the day), and the welcoming gift. The closeness of a supermarket ( couple of miles), Disney, malls was a nice surprise. The neighborhood is quiet, easy to walk, and friendly. The pool area is an extension of the house and we made use of grill on a number of meals. Taking 417 from the airport was easy and avoided a lot of traffic issues. Our family felt very much at home and enjoyed a very relaxing week. If we could have changed anything; it would have been to stay longer. We plan on returning to Paradise!!!

  4 Days of relaxation in this well decorated home with everything you need in a vacation home. The pool was inviting and great for our 2 girls, heated for our comfort in the early February month. From the first time we contacted Donna the homeowner there was a sense of ease and comfort knowing she had the best interest of our time of our vacation at her home. A1 5 Star rating all around. If you are looking for a beautiful home to rent without ANY worries then I highly recommend your time here at this home for you to rent...... best yet, she is Canadian....and how can you not trust a Canadian??!!!! :) If you want any questions email me.   Our stay at your villa was a very enjoyable part of our recent trip to Florida. The villa is a lovely, comfortable home away from home, very well appointed and with all the amenities we needed. The high standard of furnishings, cleanliness, and maintenance reflect your desire for the villa to be a pleasurable spot for your guests. It was for us. Local sightseeing, day trips and of course shopping, were all convenient to the villa. We liked the quietness of the neighborhood, whether we were walking around the local streets, sitting beside the pool, or just relaxing indoors. The management team were friendly, helpful and very responsive to queries. Highly recommended.

  We had a delightful time at Paradise del Sol.The decorating and amenities made us feel right at home.It's wonderful having the room to spread out and coming home with clean clothes.We had some warm weather and enjoyed the screened pool area.The extra privacy screen made us feel so comfortable and in our own oasis.Thank-you Donna for the candy and wine.Our daughter loved the pool table and the queen bedroom.

  This was the second time that my wife and I had spent Christmas away from home in the UK. We spent the holiday with our son, daughter in law and the two grandchildren. The accommodation is extremely good with excellent facilities, many activities for everyone, the swimming pool is great hit and even the limited warm weather did not deter everyone from having great benefit from the pool. The accommodation is to a very high standard, televisions in each bedroom all connect to cable, a WII in the childrens room, together with other games console and games room in the garage. Comfortable funiture, plenty of room to spread out without getting under everyones feet, an important point. Maintenace standards are high with excellent response to any issue which may occur. Excellent location for all theme parks,20 minutes from Disney, slightly longer for Gatorland, but for anyone wanting shopping only 20 minutes to the Designer Outlet centres, bargains galore. There are many eating establishments within a 20 minute drive covering all tastes, Three major supermarkets with in 10 minutes, as well as some takeout establishments. Theme parks are a matter of individual choice, we have always had a love of Gatorland, Universal and Seaworld also being worthwhile visits. I would certainly recommend this property to any discerning persson who wants, a good location, comfortable accommodation with all ammenties and all at a very reasonable rate. We could not reccommend this property highly enough, excellent from all points of view, local maintenace staff very good and a very helpful and informative owner, one can see that the property is as much a home to them as well as a source of income, well done.

Your house is great, the weather was a little cool but we still enjoyed the heated pool at night when we got back from all the different attractions nearby.   This is a beautiful and clean home in a nice neighborhood. This vacation home was perfect for our family.....superbly decorated with a great game room. It's really spacious and the pool is great! Everyting was nice and clean and it is well furnished. Donna was great to work with - very responsive to inquiries, booking the home, etc. We will definitely be looking to see if this home is available the next time we plan a trip to Florida!

  My husband and I had an absolutely amazing staying at Paradise Del Sol! The villa is located perfectly – close to the parks and all amenities but also a little away. It is beautifully appointed with every little detail thought through. Each room is decorated with the most lovely décor – together the villa feels luxurious. The master bedroom has a nice surprise with a comfortable chaise lounge that is perfect for reading or watching TV and the adjoining master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub that is indulgent! The pool area is wonderful – there is lots of privacy with no view to any neighbour’s yards and an additional privacy screen around the pool area. The multi-color pool light at night is gorgeous and makes the area seem like it’s part of a dream! This was our first time renting a house in Florida and we are so grateful we had this villa for our vacation! We will definitely recommend this property to anyone who is interested in the most perfect vacation!

  I had the pleasure of staying at this villa and did not want to leave it! It is perfect in so many ways - beautifully decorated, comfortable, gorgeous pool area and close to everything that we needed. The little gifts left to welcome us were a perfect touch and made us feel very special.   Thank you ever so much for sharing your fantastic home. The property certainly lives up to the comments of the previous guests. Beautifully furnished throughout with all of the finishing touches. Immaculate on arrival and the kind gifts in the fridge were very welcoming. Thanks also for taking the time to call us from Canada to ensure everything was perfect. All in all a fantastic holiday and would have no hesitation in calling you again when next visiting Florida!

  Thank you so much for such a nice vacation! This house was prestine, welcoming and so comfortable. The finishing touches and tasteful decur made it feel just like home. The location is perfect for either an easy commute to the area's attractions or just relaxing and enjoying the pool in this quiet community. The only negative was....... having to leave!

  Dear Donna, I only have three words to say concerning our stay at your property. LUXURY, COMFORT, CONVENIENCE!!!! This has been by far the nicest property I have stayed at on my vacationS. I have stayed in the Orlando area before as well as Myrtle Beach, SC, Pigeon Forge, TN, Blue Ridge, GA, Calloway Gardens, GA and none have compared to this. The home was luxurious and well appointed. Anything we required to make our stay comfortable was provided, even a pizza cutter. The home accommodated all 6 adults and 3 children with ease. It felt like being at home. Proximity to the attractions, shopping and restaurants was very convenient. The pool and game room occupied the children as well as the adults after the long days at Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios. I will most definitely stay at your place on future vacations in the Orlando area and have recommended it to many of my family and friends.

  We have stayed in many Orlando Hotels as well as a Disney hotel, and in a gated condo community, but none compared to having your own private villa. This villa gave us a private oasis from the hustle and bustle of the Theme parks and shopping malls. The villa is very well decorated, spacious and comfortable, it contains many extras for you to enjoy such as a games room, x-box, and a TV in every room. Approximately 15 minutes from Disney; grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are all nearby. We recommend this villa for anybody considering vacationing in Orlando.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  This house is absolutely amazing. As soon as you walk in you feel right at home. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed laying out in the lounge chairs. The master bedroom of the house is incredible. It has a great jacuzzi tub and the bathroom is very spacious. The game room is also fun and they have a variety of things to choose from. Overall i would rate this vacation home a 10 and would recommend it to anyone.

  When I first walked in I felt right at home. It was very well decorated and furnished. It was as neat as a pin. The pool and jacuzzi were nice for relaxing in. The gameroom was great, so many things to do. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting something away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to amusement parks.

  From the moment, we arrived and entered Paradise del Sol we were all impressed by the exquisite décor in every room. The most generous and special jester Donna and her family bestowed on us was a variety of unexpected special touches and surprises that added to the occasion of my granddaughter’s 12th Birthday Get Away. The home is very spacious on top of being most comfortable. The open area between the den and kitchen made it convenient to attend the grandchildren while they were watching TV and playing games. The pool was ample enough for our grandchildren, not too deep for their ages (6, 12 and 14). We were able to have a marvelous time and the weather cooperated with that result. Thank you for contributing to this unforgettable get away, we will always remember it as one of our best time, spent together. We will certainly be coming back as well as recommending it to our families and friends.

  Donna and her family have great taste and it is evident in their villa. The way it was described to me was simple enough until I received the pictures. WOW. The way the pool lights up at night would make a good album cover for their pictures. Each of the rooms had their own television. The house was full of surprises including a game room with a pool table, air hockey, and fuzzball. Our party of 5 kept it easy ordering a pizza and playing board games included in their game room. The master room, which was very comfortable, included a very comfortable king bed with an abundance of pillows of all shapes and sizes to choose from (this was standard in every room). There are two closets in the master which could easily fit all of your clothes and about 30 suitcases (please don't try it, though). The bathroom had a very relaxing jetted tub that hit all of my sore spots. Next time I'll bring some candles so it could provide some ambiance. The master had a door that opened onto the lanai next to the pool. The other guests loved their rooms and bathrooms. One guest, who slept in the queen bed said that he was very relaxed and didn't wake up all night. It was very easy to find and convenient for shopping. The kitchen had pretty much anything you could think of and then some utensils that I've never even heard of. These people went all out! Everything looked brand new and clean. I will be back in December if there is an opening, and this time for longer and with more people. I love to critique, and I can't find anything wrong with this property. I have been using rentals for a few years now because I love the home away from home feeling. I am going to recommend this place to my friends and family who are visiting the Orlando/Central Florida area. I am an honest person and I will give honest answers if anyone wishes to write me and ask questions. Donna was very prompt with her replies and explained everything to a T. It really is the little things that made this a smooth vacation, such as the extra pillows, the multi-age games, the private pool and hot tub, the beautifully set dining room, the luxury in the decor, the beautiful furniture, and I'm sure I'm missing a few things! When I arrived there was a couple of surprises waiting for me. They were a very nice touch.=)
