Spend a week or a few months at Panama City Beach and you will never want to leave... So much to do! Enjoy the sugar white sand beaches, emerald green Gulf waters at our townhouse in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Resort offers 11 pools (three heated), private beach clubhouse with pool on the Beach, deck, lounge chairs, six tennis courts, miniature golf,and shuffleboard.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a screened balcony. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. TV Sets are in both bedrooms. The sleeper sofa in the den sleeps two people, has a TV, VCR, DVD Player, and Stereo CD Player.We have also provided VHS and DVD Movies for your enjoyment, CD's, and games for kids and adults.

The townhouse has all the comforts of home. All you need to bring is a toothbrush and your swim suit! The kitchen is fully-equipped with new dishes, pots and pans, coffeemaker, toaster oven, crockpot, glassware and silverware.

Our townhouse is located between the Gulf of Mexico and Middle Beach Road (Hutchison Blvd.) just East of Beckrich Road. It is a short three minute walk to the beach from our unit. The Front Beach road entrance is pedestrian traffic only. Vehicular traffic uses Middle Beach entrance.

We are within walking distance of The Shops at Edgewater, restaurants, and activities including the beach, golfing, bowling alley, cinema and amusement parks. Super Wal-Mart is less than a mile. All of your vacation needs can be filled at a very affordable price.

  • Oh my goodness, this home is the best anyone could hope for in the way of a rental away from home. I looked at the pictures on the webpage but never expected it to be as beautiful and feel as much like home as it did. My whole family thought it was the best home we have ever stayed in. If we get the chance to return to Florida we will absolutly stay in this townhouse, if it is available. Also, the Brooks are the most wonderful people to work with. I enjoyed talking with them very much, it was like talking to a member of my own family. We highly recommend this unit if anyone is searching for a place to stay in Florida.

  • In all the traveling we have done, And all of the places we have stayed. Our whole family agrees this is the nicest place you could ask for. It's just like moving into your new home accept everything is already provided for you to start living. We could not brag on the beauty, cleaness, and the environment around it was spectacular. We give it 10+ on a basis of 1-10. You cannot go wrong by staying at this wonderful town house at Gulf Island Resort.

  • We had a great time during our stay at the Gulf Highland Resort. The condo is well decorated, clean, and very conviently located in the heart of Panama City. Mr. & Mrs Brooks are really nice people and are assured to have everything ready for you upon your arrival to their condo. All you need is your bathing suit and tooth brush, as the condo is well equipped. We are looking forward to our next trip to Panama. Thanks for all your help and hospitality.

    Our unit was just remodeled October, 2003, and we are sure you will find all of the comforts of home at our place. We just love Panama City Beach because it offers so many things to do for children and adults. Gulf Highlands, where we are located, has 13 pools ( 3 heated), tennis courts, mini golf course, Beach Club on the beach with a pool, and many other activities you will enjoy. Visit us soon!
