Penthouse 41 is on the 5th floor of the Bourbon Street Condohotel and is connected to the Wild Orchid Resort Hotel and is located next to Pacific Breeze Hotel. Since it is located at the top floor of the building, you can enjoy mountain views and Field Avenue from the balcony. P-41 has its own balcony with table and chairs. High Ceilings (Near 10 feet) makes spacious room look even more spacey and gorgeous.

At Bourbon Street Condohotel, guests receive hotel-like services, such as linen changes, bed making, room cleaning and laundry service. Airport pick up can be arranged by the Condohotel renting office for 2,900 pesos upon request.

Bourbon Street Condohotel guests can use the Wild Orchid Resort Hotel facilities including two large size swimming pools, just like a Wild Orchid Resort Hotel guest.
(Contemporary style furniture and art works)
The furniture of Penthouse 41 was designed by Gigi of Philiana Design.
Gigi and I chose a reproduction of “The Kiss”by Klimt (6 feet X 6 feet) as the main feature of P-41. Reproduction of Matisse work decorates the dining area of P-41 and two reproductions of Picasso’s work decorate bedroom of P-41.
All art works were done very precisely and beautifully and I am sure you will feel like a King surrounded by 20th century masterpieces.
Export Quality Marble floor (Light cream with blue accent) and Marble countertops in the kitchen match well with the furniture, paintings and curtains, which creates a very exclusive and luxurious atmosphere.
(Large size LG LCD (2009 model) and Mark Levinson surround sound system for all TV systems)
There are three LCD TVs in penthouse 41, 47 inch in the P-41 Living room, and 32 inch in the P-41 bedroom. Guests can enjoy International Cable TV channels with state of the art surround sound systems by Mark Levinson and can access Wireless Internet in all rooms.

P-41 have Jacuzzi.
Jacuzzi have revolving color light, which creates a romantic and relaxing atmosphere.
A complementary tablet of hot spring minerals will be provided by the owner from October 2010 per stay.

and an Ukiyoe Painting .

this place reminds me of the vacation I had with my husband. we have stayed here for 5 weeks just for a vacation and to celebrate for our anniversary. this place is very perfect since it is very spacious and we also enjoy the quiet atmosphere inside even if there are a lot of bars around the place. and also I am an interior designer, so I can say how perfect the room is. the arrangement of the furniture are just perfect.. nice one.. we will be back in AC maybe at late august or early September and surely will stay there againRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I am a Japanese national working in the Tokyo office of a large European Asset Management Company in charge of real estate investment in Japan. I studied and worked in New York and Chicago for total of 8.5 years as a portfolio manager. Other than that, I have been working in Tokyo and traveling around the world for my business. I purchased 2 penthouses (Penthouse 41 and Penthouse 42) in December 2009 and converted them into 2 one bed rooms (P-41, P-42) and 2 suites (S-41 and S-42). The renovation work was completed in June 2010. (Please see my other condo from “All my rentals” link below.) Due to the stressful nature of my work as an investment and portfolio manager, the main purpose of my vacations has been to 'escape' from ordinary life and I found the “ultimate destination,” Angeles, about 3 years ago. However, finding the right accommodation has been my problem. Most of the hotels in Angeles are (a) conveniently located but noisy or (b) quiet but inconveniently located or (c) conveniently located and quiet but very expensive. So I decided to create units where the guests can sleep quietly in the most convenient location in Angeles at a reasonable price. I am currently working in Japan, so I am unable to meet my guests who share the same kind of value with me, but I have asked the rental office to give a bottle of sparkling wine to each guest who is going to stay more than a week as a token of my appreciation.
