Private beach in highly desirable Kibbe Point location, South Hero. Faces west for beautiful sunsets over Keeler Bay. Tasteful and comfortable. Main house has two main bedrooms, plus a third child-size bedroom, one and a half baths. Master bedroom has gorgeous view from queen bed, balcony, very romantic. Enjoy meals on the large screened porch, and play ping pong in the evening.
Separate cabin with own bath and kitchenette, great for teens, extended family, guests, sleeps 3. (We close the cabin in off-season months).
Property can sleep 2-3 during the winter; 6-8 total in summer.
Excellent area for biking, fishing, kayaking, boating, swimming.
Twenty-five minutes to downtown Burlington for great restaurants, music, events etc. Hour and a half to Montreal.
