Our JUST-RENOVATED 2100 sq. ft. luxury two-story condo is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a 6 floor condo building in the exclusive Beachfront community of Highland Beach, Florida. An extremely bright and airy unit, our home boasts floor to ceiling windows and a two-story glass atrium overlooking lush forest preserves. The staircase has shallow, open and easy-to-climb steps overlooking the two-story window.
The upper level includes two totally private bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom, dressing area and walk-in closet. The master bedroom leads out to a covered balcony with lush views and runs the width of the entire condo. Renovations have just been completed and include new carpeting upstairs as well as new dressing areas, vanities and bathroom tile work.
The lower level boasts porcelain tile floors and a modern, open floor plan. Highland Beach is an upscale Beachfront community located at the northern tip of Boca Raton and the southern tip of Delray Beach. The town’s “main street” is the beautiful tree-lined Ocean Boulevard. Delray’s unique Atlantic Avenue is only minutes away and features boutiques, art galleries, fabulous restaurants with outdoor dining and lively night life. Boca Raton, just to the south, offers endless restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and parks. The two nearby airports are West Palm Beach, 25 minutes to the north, and Fort Lauderdale, 35 minutes to the south.
