Unit is a spacious 1700 square feet with over-size deck that affords spectacular views of ocean and island. Beautifully decorated with brand new furniture in June 2010 throughout the condo. All bedrooms have cable TV with DVD players and each bedroom has its own full bath.
Our unit is on the lowest level so you can use the elevator or stairs. Being on the lower level also makes it easier for grilling and for those multiple trips to the beach. Our condo has 4 bedrooms each with their own bath. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large closet and a jet tub. For the other 3 bedrooms, one has a queen bed, and the remaining 2 bedrooms each have 2 double beds. Also, our condo has seating for everyone at meal time with an 8 seat table, 4 seat bar and fully stocked kitchen. New Dupont Quartz countertops spring of 2011.

Everything you could ask for... we travelled with 4 adults and 4 children plus 1 dog and there was more than enough space. Ocean Isle is Beautiful! The beach was magnificent, the condo was perfect (and very importantly - pet friendly). We couldn't have picked a better spot. Cliff was great to deal with from our original enquiry, to booking, to responding to my questions during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. We're already discussing next summer!! Thanks Cliff!!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Absolutely a great condo!!! The pics are very accurate. Beautiful views of Ocean and surrounding natural areas!! This condo is very comfortable, ALL four bedrooms have privacy and separate baths for each. The kitchen is very well stocked and nicely detailed, there is dining room for all. The decor is very nice and well kept, very clean!! It has a fabulous covered back deck and a covered front porch - also very nice !! We enjoyed a lovely week there and felt so at home! We liked it SO well - we have already rebooked !!! The owners are VERY accommodating and I would highly recommend this condo - very convenient to EVERYTHING !!Did you find this review helpful? The villa was described perfectly on the website. It was very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the beach and had all of our meals at the villa, however, our favorite restaurant is the Yacht Basin Provision Co. in Southport. There were several turtle nests and we saw some of the baby turtles make their way to the ocean. We would definitely stay at this villa again.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.
