  We had a great week, the condo was large, and very clean, and beautiful as described! The location is great. Beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys were provided for my son to play with. Plan on coming back next summer!

  We had a great Thanksgiving week (6 of us) in the condo. The location and the views were spectacular. Everything was very convenient. There were a few minor problems with furniture, but those can be fixed easily. We would definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

  The condo was very nice :) but the location and views were one of the best we have ever had! From the front of the condo you had a beautiful view of the Gulf and from the back of the condo with a nice balcony, you had a gorgeous view of the Intercoastal! The location was close to many, great restuarants, shopping and easy acess to the beach. Thank you Valerie for a wonderful time! I highly reccomend renting this property :)

  This condo is exactly as described. You can't go wrong, the location is great, very short walk to the beach and you have a great sunset view from the front of the condo. We sit on the balcony and watched manatees in the water while enjoying our morning coffee. The walk to Johns Pass is not bad so you really don't need a vehicle to enjoy. Many nice restaurants and night life places in the area with in a short walk. I will most definitely plan on a return trip. I really liked the fact you didn't have to keep up with a key and do a check in and out. The Electronic Access Control System is fantastic. Thanks so much Valerie.

  Valerie, I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the stay in Unit 405 over the weekend. The view of the intercoastal waterway was beautiful, especially with the sunrise. Everything was very clean and inviting and we would certainly recommend the unit to our friends and family and would return again ourselves! Lisa
