Our spacious 2900 Sqft pool home is situated in the beautiful community of The Hamlets which is a quiet, gated community. The Hamlets is conveniently located close to shopping and dining (less than 0.3 mile away). Disney is 5 miles. Seaworld and Convention Center are 8 miles.
Our 2 story home has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathroom. Master suite with king bed and inside bathroom on first floor, 2 queen bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms(with 6 twin beds) on second floor, fully equipped kitchen. 400 sqft games room with pool table, soccer table.
This first class vacation home has 5 flat screen HDTV(1 50',1 32' and 3 24'),Nintendo Wii, DVD Player, Free WiFi high speed Internet and Free long distance telephone call in USA and Canada. The home is also baby friendly. We have a crib, high chair and a stroller. Your own private screened in swimming pool and outdoor lounging area with table, chairs and sun loungers. We offer washer and dryer as well as linens and towers.Checking In is by key code, you can check in anytime after 4Pm.

This house was PERFECT for our group. 12 of us. We were very comfortable and every couple had their kids close and their own privacy. The house was clean, really pretty decorated, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to make our meals. The location was awesome, very close to all. This house was perfect for our party of 10, including 6 children. The house was very clean and well maintained. Very close to stores and Disney. Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This house is so great, when we go back it would be my only choice. It felt like a home away from home. So close to Disney and all the extras kept the kids entertained.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Nine of us rented this home including a 6 & 9 year old. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms for everyone and plenty of seating for everyone. There are extra chairs for the dining room table, which was really nice. The Wii, gameroom and pool are very kid friendly and the children enjoyed this on days that we didn't go park hopping. The pool was cleaned weekly. The coffee maker broke the first day we were there and before we knew it, we had another one. Thank you Iverson for sharing your home with us and we hope to make it to Kissimmee again.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My family recently stayed at this pool home with our two small children. The main reason for our stay was to go to the Disney World parks. It's a convenient 10 minute drive to Disney and it was easy to get there. We enjoyed staying and using the private pool to relax after a long day at the parks. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the children. It was only a 2 minute drive to Walmart and target for groceries and extra supplies. Overall, we had a very nice time staying at this house and would stay there again in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Me and my family stay here recently and the place was clean and comfortable! The house has everything that we ever wanted in it. We really enjoyed staying here!
