This condo is located in the sawgrass of Florida's nature coast. Once you reach the Gulf there are miles of beautiful grass flats both North & South of the mouth of the River where you can fish, go scalloping, snorkeling, diving, or simply head up the river to the crystal clear springs. During the winter months manatees gather by the dozens to enjoy the constant flow of the 72 degree springs. If you love nature there is a birding trail less than a mile from your front door. There is a beach at the end of Fort Island trail if you want to relax and enjoy the Florida sun. You can also just walk over to the community pool or visit the park and boat ramp 1/4 mile away to fish and picnic. There are golf courses, Disney World, museums, beaches, everything that can make this a truly memorable stay within minutes and no more than a 1 hour drive from your front door.
Keywords: Waterfront condo with Gulf access only a 15 minute boat ride away. You can also access crystal clear 3 Sisters Spring by going 15 minutes in the opposite direction on Crystal River. Orlando's attractions are 1 hour away as are the beaches of Pinellas and Pasco. Tampa International Airport is an hour south. World class golf resorts are within 15 minutes including Black Diamond and World Woods. The Plantation resort golf course is about five minutes from your door. The inside of the condo is actually nicer than the pictures represent. We were comfortable with 4 people. The property was clean and the pool was a nice refresher after being out in the gulf all day. The owner was helpful before and during our stay and was always available any time we called before booking. I would higly recommend this property to friends, family, everybody. I enjoyed being so close to nature, visting the Plantation in bar for a refreshing beverage, and eating a down home good meal at Grandma's place. Be sure to get there early as we tried to get to Grandma's a couple times and they were closed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers.
