  What a great condo in a fantastic location! Very comfortable, super decor and everything you need at your fingertips! We love Gatlinburg and hiking the Smoky's and this condo was a wonderful retreat for our visit over Easter break. Looking forward to coming back!

  I cannot say enough great things about this condo. We took the kids with us this time and they loved it just as much as we did the first time we went. They were in awe of the Ober Tram's as they departed and came in. Just love being so close to everything. Thanks to Roger and Gail for the use of this beautiful condo. Second birthday trip and were are hoping not the last!!

  We had a wonderful time in your beautiful condo. We loved watching the tram and the snow. Walking distance to everything which we loved. We can't wait to come back. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. The owners were very nice and helpful. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

  This was so beautiful.... thank you so so much for a wonderful cozy place to enjoy the heart of Gatlinburg. The Christmas Parade was Great; and your condo was so perfect. We watched the parade from the 2nd floor of the parking garage...next door... Perfect Place to be...... then nice hot chocolate on the balcony watching the tram. Everything was so amazing.... Thank you again for sharing your wonderful condo.... we plan to stay here again our next trip.....

  This condo is in a great location, and is kept really clean. My husband & I were there for our 15th anniversary & will stay again!! Owners were great to work with and responded to everything quickly making the reservations. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your unit. Would also love to try the one in Pigeon Forge if we make it up there next year!

  My husband and I went to Gatlinburg for a long weekend and stayed in this condo for the 2nd time. It was just as great this time as it was the first time. The location is perfect for walking around town. The condo’s décor is very nice and it was very clean. We definitely plan on staying here again! The owners are very friendly and easy to work with.

  Roger and Gail were very honest,nice and willing to accommodate us on our stay.The condo was so close to the main strip of Gatlinburg we walked everywhere! The condo was clean and very tastfully decorated.Thanks again! We enjoyed your hospitality And will reccomend you to others!

  First thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean this condo was! Location was great as we were able to walk everywhere which was very convenient! Owners were terrific in making sure we had all the information we needed to access. This condo made our anniversary trip a great trip! Will be staying here again!!!

  We have stayed in a nearby Gatlinburg condo, but this one is by far better. We decided to try somewhere new and Roger gave us a great price. When we got to our condo, simply had to get a parking pass as Roger had already provided our door code. The decor is beautiful as is how quiet the unit is! Beautiful views of the Ober Tram going up the mountain and right outside the door, you can see the Gatlinburg Space Needle. The first two days we walked everywhere and left our car parked! Great location!!! We loved we had the pools and hot tub to ourselves most of the time. Our little boy stayed on the sleeper sofa which was quite comfortable. The master bedroom is awesome. Loved the sheets!! Will certainly recommend and stay again this fall!
