  We had a wonderful vacation in Steamboat and our accommodation was no small part of that. We couldn't fault it. We booked it on the basis of the rave reviws from previous guests and the photos. And we were not dissapointed. We live in France and so normally ski in France and the apartment is far superior to any accommodation we have stayed in the Alps. Three times the size and with those lovely personal touches such as DVDs, games, coffee ( very welcome for breakfast after 11pm arrival and 27 hour travel). Plus fab views. Not easy walking distance to the slopes but that didn't matter with on call Steamboat Resort shuttle service and their super friendly drivers. We were there for 10 days without a car and it didn't matter. We never met Ann, the owner, but she was not only very efficient but also extremely helpful with advice on restaurants, transport, what to do in Steamboat etc. Thank you Ann for your warm, friendly advice. Some random observations/recommendations:- The skiing was great with three joyous days of pure powder. Tree skiing was fabulous.Although the resort is not huge,you can ski every bit of the mountain. Excellent ski school. Our 7 year old loved her teacher, Steve, and made huge progress. Good pizza and atmosphere at Slopeside Grill. Bloody Marys,and Margueritas good too. Tubing at Saddleback Ranch was great fun. Strawberry natural springs is unique and wonderful. Water almost too hot to bear in some pools.Photo of posing in swimsuit on snow obligatory. Liquor store next to City Market V good. Ask for Glen for wine advice. Hubby v happy with ski boots and superior fitting from ski and bike Kare.

  We've been here twice for skiing around President's Day in February. Location is great, love the single level floor plan and condo layout, easy access from parking lot (no climbing stairs, just a 4 step to level), and on-call shuttle, plus heated streets for driving up the hill. View is spectacular. Owner is available before, during and after your stay if there are questions. Plenty of linens and provisions. Kids love the movie selections for the big screen TV. Plan to rent again.

  We had a wonderful time at the condo. We went with another couple and had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with all needed cooking items and the decor was nice and mountainy. The shuttle service was a fabulous perk! It was winter carnival and the town was very busy, not having the drive anywhere during our vacation was a huge plus. We'd definitely stay here again!

  This was a terrific place to stay. Owner has looked at all elements of the experience and has many things ( extras) that enhance.... such as spices, cooking utensils, quiet appliances, lots of dishes etc. It has a fabulous view of the valley and faces west so you see the sun set. The transportation does not get better as there are shuttles available to anywhere you want to go.

Facing west is a real bonus in the wintertime as the afternoon sun helps warm the unit (and you can draw the opaque vertical blinds if it gets too bright inside). In the summertime, the sun is at an angle (right at about 2:00) as it sets, and the tall aspen leaves block its intensity on hot days, keeping the unit nice and comfortable. Regardless of the season, the view and sunsets are always magnificent. Ann

  What a great place to stay! I don't know where to begin because everything was perfect! We wanted a getaway for a "white Christmas" and boy did we get one! The view's from the condo were like a Norman Rockwell painting. The condo was cozy and EVERY little detail was thought of by the owner. The booking process was flawless and communication from the owner was excellent. She was so helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do we had a fun and full week of activities. The shuttle system is simply wonderful. They almost pick you up from the front door and will take you to town, to the market and to the ski area. What a great vacation! I can't wait to come back next year! Thanks for a great stay!

  My husband and I and our three teenage children had a fantastic time in this condo in January 2012! It was absolutely beautiful. It has the best view in Steamboat Springs, by far. It is clean, updated, and cutely decorated. The ski slopes are only a short shuttle ride away. The beds were very comortable. Linens were nice. Condo had all of the necessary amentities. It was a quiet location with a nice tree beside the balcony. There was even a birdfeeder in the tree so we could watch birds visit the deck! I cannot wait to go back!

  We had a great stay at this Steamboat condo. Beds were very comfortable, layout and amenities were excellent and the view is unsurpassed(even saw some hot air balloons). Just a quick shuttle to ski slopes. Everything was very close, hot tub is a little bit of a walk! Had an excellent time and just loved this condo and owner is as nice as can be and will help with any questions.

  We absolutely loved everything about this condo. From the first contact with the owner to stepping into the condo and seeing the incredible, unobstructed views of the Yampa Valley, our experience was awesome! This condo was impeccably clean and was stocked with everything we possibly could need. There was a great assortment of CDs, DVDs, and games for all ages and tastes. And of course, Steamboat Springs is a wonderful community full of activities for everyone to enjoy. Great place to make great memories.Thanks!!

  Staying at this warm and comfortable condo added even more enjoyment to our visit in Steamboat Springs. It was completely stocked with everything that we needed, plus plenty of entertainment for everyone. The location near the top of the mountain gave us an excellent view of the valley below which we enjoyed every morning from the deck. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and well-maintained place to stay.

  We were in town for our niece's fall wedding and we were so happy we stayed in your condo. The condo was clean, very comfortable and just perfect for our stay, and the detailed information from Ann was great. It's close to everything and it certainly had an amazing view of the valley. The condo exceeded my cleanliness standards and provided anything and everything a guest would need. I would recommend this condo to anyone and if we come back we will be staying again.
