Due to the economic woes, I'm keeping my rates the same as last year!

This condo was gutted and fully remodeled in 2005... walls torn out to create an open floor plan in the living area; new knotty alder cabinets and granite countertops; carpet, slate and maple hardwood floors; 2 TVs including 42" flat screen; home theater surround sound; free high-speed WIRELESS internet; washer/dryer in the unit; renovated bathrooms; Sheraton Sweet Sleeper mattresses with 600 thread count sheets. New in 2009... jetted whirlpool tub in bathroom, heated tile floor, and granite vanity top!

Located high on the mountain, you'll enjoy the spectacular, panoramic view from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Slide open the 3-panel glass door, step out onto the private balcony, and take in the purple hues of the sunset over Emerald Mountain. The only thing obstructing your view from the mountains and the beautiful Yampa valley may be an occasional hot air balloon.

Free on-call shuttle bus just steps from your front door takes you to the Silver Bullet gondola from 8:00am to 5:00pm during ski season. Also runs during the day and evening to grocery store, liquor store, downtown restaurants, and night life.

  • Ann's condo was perfect for the week that our family of 4 spent at Steamboat in early February. The location was convenient to the mountain, grocery store and town and the views were a wonderful bonus. The condo had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, maps, carry-out menus, washer and dryer, games and Legos for the kids etc.) for a comfortable stay. Ann made the arrangments easy and her directions and recommendations were a great help. We hope to come back and stay again soon.

  • Absolutely LOVED this place!! The views were fantastic and the condo was spacious, warm and comfortable. If you like to cook, this place was totally stocked with everything you could possibly need - even a grill and a full spice rack! We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and take us to/from the mountain. I've stayed in 5 or 6 condos in Steamboat, and this was by far the best. The next time I go to Steamboat, I'm definitely staying here.

  • With a new ski season 2009-2009 upon us, I wanted to add a belated and VERY positive comment based on our stay last season at Easter (sorry, I'm a procrastinator!). It was an early -- March 23 -- Easter and the snow was still fantastic! Had stayed in another condo in Steamboat the year before and Ann's was 100% better. Gorgeous view, comfortable bedrooms, spacious living/dining area, easy parking and close bus pick-up site, all of the amenities for our party of five people. This condo has it all. We have a wedding coming up soon for a daughter, so are holding back on the ski trip this year, but everyone in the family agreed that this is the Steamboat rental we want to come back to in the future. Thank you so much, Ann, for renting out your condo.

  • I will echo what everyone else has said: stayed in ten other condos over the years, this one is the BEST, views are splendid, furnishings are top notch, Ann is a perfect hostess. But I will add one original thought: "mud season" is a wonderful time to visit, to see the fall colors and enjoy the town and backroads when they aren't jammed with skiers. Just don't pick the week we choose for next autumn, because we're going back to this condo ;-)

  • Views, views, views! Place is exactly as Ann described it, and maybe even a little better. Clean as a whistle, attention to detail. High on the mountain, and very quiet. Ann is very responsive. You'll need a car to get to town, but then you need one to see everything Steamboat has to offer anyway.
