Located in Historic Downtown, half a block from the Beach and Water-Park and two blocks from Wonderland Pier, you'll be sure to get the full Ocean City Experience.
This three-story Duplex upper cottage includes living space on second and third floors and an attached garage below. Spacious 12 foot by 22 foot porch with an ocean view with wicker furniture and wrought iron dining set on an easy to keep clean fiberglass floor.Upper Deck off the Master bedroom also has an ocean view. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The Main Floor has a Spacious Foyer, Living Room and attached Dining Room. The Kitchen has upgraded appliances like an extra large range/oven, microwave, and an extra large capacity dishwasher. There is ceramic tile and restored hardwood flooring throughout the main floor with new carpet in the living room, where there's a cozy new overstuffed sofa and loveseat set Stereo with CD player and 27" TV/VCR combo with game ports in front. Ceiling Fans throughout. The laundry room has washer/dryer/deepsink and serves as a mudroom with a door to the lower back deck and the outdoor enclosed shower.
The third floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. The Master Bedroom has cable TV, an attached sitting/dressing room with full length mirrors, a seat by the window with an ocean view, and a door out to the third story deck. The second bedroom has cable TV and a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is the largest with two sets of bunks that have double beds on the bottom (4 beds). There's view of the Ferris Wheel from the windows in this room. The back yard is fenced in with a lawn and a small patio area where the shower is.
Parking includes the garage and one street space in front of the driveway.
Surfing: The Seventh Street Surf shop is at the end of our block on the boardwalk. Classes are held every morning.
They supply the board, wet suit and plenty of instructors on one of the best surfing beaches in Ocean City.
