Our stay at Gary and Darlene's place was one of the best family holidays we have ever had. The condo location is right on the beach, making the views spectacular. The condo is equipped with everything you need. Everything in the condo worked, was modern, and Gary and Darlene were only 10 minutes away if we needed anything... It is difficult for me to write this review because, selfishly, I don't want word to get out how great a place this is. I, without a doubt, hope to return next year, and the next, and the next..... Thanks again Gary and Darlene!

Gary and Darlene have thought of everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation. The condo is very clean and spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous view from balcony, comfy beds and everything you could need for your day at the beach....... right down to the cooler and beach toys!!!! We were very pleased with the condo and the hospitality, and plan to visit again soon!

Our family stayed at the condo for a week and were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. Gary and Darlene were helpful and accommodating and gave us plenty of information about local restaurants and special sights in the area. The condo was fully equipped with absolutely everything we as a family of five needed to make our much needed vacation a success. The picture of the beach from the balcony does not due it justice. The beach is just FEET away and the photos of the sunrises we snapped are incredible. We highly recommend coffee on the beach to watch the sunrise and the cruise ships coming in to Cape Canaveral. There is no other experience like it. We will be excited to return to Gary and Darlene's condo on our next vacation to Cape Canaveral

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Gary and Darlene's. The view of the beach is wonderful and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Gary and Darlene were kind and helpful. The area was perfect. We could see the Cape Canaveral light house in the distance and walked to the Cocoa Beach pier and to Jetty Park. The beach was perfect for running in the mornings. The condo was clean and comfortable and the property was well-maintained. The covered parking was a bonus. We hope to stay again sometime.

Our week at Gary and Darlene's condo was one of the best vacations in years. The owners are helpful and available for assistance or advice without being intrusive and prompt and professional at resolving any issues that arise. We had one small maintenance issue, and it was corrected right away. The condo is just as advertised - clean and bright. It is well supplied by owners who clearly care whether you enjoy your stay or not. The beach and pool were great, and there are good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships while having our coffee on the balcony. We would love to come back!

My husband and I stayed for one week at Gary and Darlene's condo for our honeymoon and we had a great time! Gary and Darlene are super nice and were very reliable. We had a great time exploring the Cape area and Cocoa Beach areas and the restaurants that Gary and Darlene suggested were amazing! The condo of Gary and Darlene in gorgeous. Is is so lovingly furnished and and kept so well. It is clean and well maintained. You won't miss anything, it is like home. We hade a great time there. The view from the balcony is like heaven: the sea, the sunrises, the sunsets, the cruise ships, the submarine, the turtles. We enjoyed having cofee/tea on the balcony. The condo has everything you need for a good vacation. Last year we went to Memphis to visit Graceland. This year I found a DVD about Elvis in Gary and Darlenes collection of DVDs. This was a real highlight for me. Our son and his friend they enjoyed the freezer with the ice cube machine and the mixer to mix their cocktails. We had such a great time at the beach, in the pool, in Orlando, in all the nice restaurants, in a lot of shopping centres and outlets. But the best time we had was with Gary and Darlene. They made us so welcome and we went out together sometimes. They tried everything to make us comfortable, even there was nothing to do, because everything is already there. Many thanks for a great vacation. We will come back. Definitely!!

Fantastic Vacation!!

We spent about a week at Gary and Darlene's Condo in August and had a Fantastic time! Gary and Darlene were great to work with and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The condo is extremely clean and exactly how it looks in the pictures. We cooked a lot of our meals there, and they had everything we needed. They even had sand toys and boards for the kids to use down at the beach. Speaking of the beach, what an awesome view!! Right on the beach, direct ocean front and just a few steps from the sand!! The beach is clean and not really crowded at all. Our kids were able to dig in the sand, play in the ocean and find a lot of shells. And their favorite part, was seeing the tiny crabs on the beach at night! This is a fantastic condo and Gary and Darlene are good people to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Gary and Darlene were great to work with on this rental. The property is exactly as described. The unit and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The beach was quiet and uncrowded while the property is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. When we return to the Atlantic coast we will try to reserve this unit again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Great Beach House

We stayed at the Condo recently and really enjoyed the place. It was very clean and well maintained. It was furnished well and fully stocked with everything we needed. What a view.........a direct ocean view from the living room, kitchen and balcony. Nothing beats the sunrise from the balcony while sipping a cup of coffee...it was paradise. The complex was very nice too as we enjoyed the very nice pool and the hot tub and we even played some tennis. The best part as we are beach lovers is the short walk down to the sandy beach. We went there every day but one while there and even made the short walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier a few times. We also ran every morning on along the beach........much more enjoyable that our daily run along a busy, hard country road. The location of the Condo is great, within minutes of the great restaurants at Cape Canaveral and even less to the Pier. We just relaxed on the beach during the day and went to dinner pretty much every night, but after all, it was vacation. We did also go on the Space Coast River Tours on the "Blue Dolphin" tour boat. What a huge disappointment however. We were looking forward to seeing and going through the Canaveral Locks and seeing the Cruise ships up close but the locks were closed due to renovation. They had been closed for 4 MONTHS and I thought that would have been plenty of time for the owners to update their website with that information. Had we known that, we would have delayed going on the tour. I went to their website and voiced my concern and NEVER heard a peep back from them.........poor customer service in my opinion. I would think that they would have at least replied to me and maybe even sent an apology but we got nothing. We only had one issue with the Condo as the main bathroom shower head was only dripping water out of it. I emailed the owner and less than 2-3 hours later, he had contacted his repair person who stopped in, looked at the shower and left to get a part. It was repaired and worked as good as new.......great service. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone who wants to enjoy a great place to stay.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS THERE. I HAVE RENTED CONDO'S TWICE A YEAR FOR TWENTY YEARS. THIS IS THE CLEANEST CONDO I HAVE EVER RENTED. KEEP THE CLEANING LADY.! OWNERS VERY HELPFUL AND CALLED TO SEE IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. NICE HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We have rented this condo 2 years in a row now and plan to again this year. Excellent beach for children, the condo set up is so comfortable and has every amenity. Gary and Darlene have been wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.
