Lovely home. But lacks the beach "feel." To much of a walk with strollers and babies. Very nice owner and accomodating Plenty of bedrooms and spacious ones. We did enjoy our stay. Nice neighbors, too.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

My boyfriend and I went there the last week of August. First we had perfect weather. The place was great, better than we expected. Furniture was all new and in great condition. Place was freshly painted. Everything was there, utensils, garbage bags, tin foil, baggies, more than you usually get when you rent. House allowed for lots of sun to come in so it was always bright. Beds were comfortable. We took upstairs blue room that faces beach. Sun came in in the morning and it was a great way to wake up! Loved being able to sit out on the porch and play guitar. Cooked on the grill almost every night and ate out on the back deck. Neighborhood was great, quite, a few blocks from the beach, though we went to Scarborough Beach mostly which is a couple minutes drive. I would highly recommend renting this place. You will not regret it. We hope to go back next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
