  Often most people find themselves underwhelmed with products or services advertised. This can be especially true after booking vacation on line. Often due to slick marketing, camera angles that show only the best perspective or exaggerated descriptions, over-promise and under-deliver. However, when we arrived at this vacation home, we were more than impressed! The grounds in this stunning gated community are immaculate and the location - just the ideal distance from the pool was perfect! Walking through the front door, the 30`cathedral ceilings gives this condo an instant `wow` factor. The well-appointed kitchen, with granite counter tops and an open floor plan to the dining and living room also impresses. Morning coffee on the lanai off the dining room gave us the perfect view of the pool while we watched yellow canaries flitter about in the morning sun. As well as a more than adequate guest bedroom and bath, a stunning staircase leads to a large master bedroom, ensuite and walk-in closet. The balcony off this bedroom is the ideal place for a romantic glass of wine before retiring for the night. Thank you for exceeding our expectations! We`ll be booking again next year!

  We really enjoyed the unit and complex. It was easy to get around the island, had good beaches not far from our condo. snorkelling, volcano, Hilo, didn't eat out a lot except a few lunches but Tommy Bahamas, Bubba Gump was good and I can't remember the other 2 restaurants but they were along the strip in Kona.

  Enjoyed your condo very much. It was relaxing, quiet and convenient. We loved walking to the beach too. We will surely come back to see you. Thanks for a wonderful stay. And thanks for working with our schedule.

  We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Kelso's condo.The unit is very well appointed to make the stay very comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied with all thats needed to cook in(which we did most of the time). The location is terrific for touring the Big Island with wonderful beaches close at hand, along with golf and great food. A fresh fish market is just a few miles north!! We intend to return if scheduling permits.

  Beautiful condo in a lovely gated community. Nice layout with master up and spare bedroom down. Well equipped kitchen and always appreciate a washer/dryer. The patio offered a good view of the pool - just the right distance. Appreciate the free wi-fi.

  We stayed at the Kelso's townhouse for eight nights. It was perfect for our needs, a central location to everything to which we needed access. It was slightly separated from the 'main drag' of Wakoloa Beach and not subject to the constant traffic of other places closer to the large hotels. The pool was great, we used the Weber grills for several meals and went to the nearby beach almost every day. There isn't one thing we would change about the accommodations and would stay there again if the opportunity arose. The townhouse comfortably slept four family members and the upstairs master bedroom and spacious bath were greatly appreciated. Our hosts also had boogie boards, chairs, a cooler and other beach toys available. There were some food staples available in the spacious kitchen and all appliances worked perfectly. The laundry set up was convenient and appreciated.

  The townhome is located in a great spot close to a swimming pool, and was clean and very comfortable. It had all the facilities to keep everyone in the family happy, and Gary and Carol were very easy to deal with. Waikoloa is perfect for great local beaches, access to Kona and the rest of the sights on that side of the island. It is also a really good place just to relax and take it easy. We had a great stay and would love to return one day!

  Pleasant, quiet condo well located in the Waikoloa Beach Community. This complex is EXTREMELY well maintained. Great location in terms of access to shops and restaurants in the King's and Queen marketplaces. Terrific views of the humpback whales off the point at the nearby Hilton Waikoloa. Snorkeling at nearby A-bay reasonable. Innumerable beautiful beaches nearby. Description by owner is accurate and they were pleasant to work with. Only minor issue for some could be a weak wifi signal, only accessible in living area.
