WELCOME TO OUR CONDO IN THE WOODS - though it's a condo, our guests often comment once they step inside they think they're in a cozy cabin. We're on 40 secluded, wooded acres on a ridge above town and the lakes.
Looking for water views? Our deck affords expansive views of Shadow Mountain Reservoir, Mount Baldy and the snowcapped mountain ranges. The "townhome" style of our complex means we are in separate, staggered buildings, providing windows on three sides and plenty of trees, mountains and water to gaze upon.
Enjoy the quiet of our park-like setting with the convenience of town within easy reach on foot or by bicycle. The gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park is just one mile from our door. We are on an "elk run" and in the fall they bugle just below us. Other times of year expect to see bear and fox.
Distinctively decorated, our condo has been completely remodeled down to the rafters. Our guests describe our property as "cozy" and "romantic." Luxury amenities abound. Check out or photos and call or drop us an e-mail!

We are close to completing a month at this wonderful condo. The view is breathtaking and ever changing with the weather. The owners are so accommodating and easy to work with. The condo is furnished beautifully and sufficiently for this long stay or a short stay....you will love it here! So nice we can't think of any suggestions for improvement.

We spent a week at this condo while visiting Grand Lake (4 adults). The decor is beautiful, furnishings very comfortable and of good quality, and everything was in great working order. The kitchen is well equipped - we cooked several meals including a great dinner of lake trout caught in Grand Lake. Much more room and comfort than hotel rooms and less money ! The view from the deck at any time of day is spectacular in all directions. We had hummingbirds feeding on the deck and two moose munching on flowers and leaves below. The town of Grand Lake is lot's of fun. Be sure to see a show at Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater if you visit in the summer!

Excellent location - far enough from the downtown area to be quiet yet close enough to be within five minutes of everything that Grand Lake has to offer. Nice remodeled accommodations, clean and comfortable at a fair price. The view of the two lakes and surrounding mountains was magnificent.

March Madness in a Great Condo at Grand Lake

We went to Grand Lake for a skiing trip to Winter Park and, much to our surprise, the condo was the best part of the trip. The interior design was reminiscent of a regal lodge at Yosemite or Yellowstone. We were blown away by the little things in the condo that made it enjoyable. The two bedroom layout was perfect for our two boys and the big screen during March Madness was a must! Comfortable. Easy in and easy out. Clean and updated. We'll go back

Exactly as pictured/described. Fully equipped condo with everything you’ll need for your stay. Very well decorated with amazing views from the deck of the lakes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Very close to town with hiking, boating, shopping, and great restaurants. Hummingbirds on the deck and moose just outside the front door made our stay extra special. Owners were very easy to work with and provided great details, directions, and recommendations for your stay. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable accomodations. Nicely decorated, with all the comforts of home; games and books/magazines available along with brochures on area attractions. Will come again. Only negative is cleaning fee seemed high, there were only two of us for three days.

The condo was every bit as nice as the pictures show--a combination of granite countertops and Colorado charm. The view from the deck is priceless. I could have sat for hours to look at the lake and mountains. Grand Lake was a cute town with good restaurants, a waterfall close-by, wooden sidewalks, and fun stores. We were able to see bull moose, elk, and a coyote in Rocky Mt. National Park which was only a few minutes drive away. I would definitely recommend the condo to friends and hopefully will get to go back myself.

This is an absolutely beautiful condo that has been recently remodeled. It was very quiet there all week, and there is pleanty to do if you are adventurous and like to explore shops, trails and small towns. We spent a week there for our honeymoon in June and the weather was perfect. The home is under 2 miles from the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park and just up the street from the town. It is nice to be outside the town though if you like to be more secluded and enjoy quiet. There is very little you need, this place has it all from dishes and utensils to a washer and dryer. The master bed is very comfortable and the furniture is comfy too. An absolutely stunning place and a great location too!
