We were very happy to spend Jan-Mar 2011 at this residence. The place was immaculate and the location was close to two recreation centers and several golf courses. The owners of this property went out of their way to see that we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Enjoyed very much staying at this townhome in November, 2010. Richard and Joan, the owners, could not have been more accommodating. The home was exceptionally clean, well maintaiined, and comfortable. The location was convenient to shopping, golf courses, many attractions and State and National Parks. We found several restaurants we liked (try Donna's Diner for breakfast, a true local's "mom and pop" diner or the Agave Restaurant at the nearby casino for up-scale but reasonably priced dining). Richard and Joan couldn't have been nicer, easier to do business with. Would not hesitate to recommend their home to friends or family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

About the owner: We, Richard and Joan, have lived in Green Valley over 4 years. We came to Green Valley because of all the amenities that are offered here. No matter what your interest or hobbies Green Valley most probably offers them.
Why the Owner Chose Desert Hills III:
We purchased our townhome so as to have a place to vacation both winter and summer. When we found out what Green Valley really has to offer we decided to permanently retire here, and then purchased a larger home. We purchased our townhome because it was in excellent condition and we are not ready to part with it.

Our townhome is within walking distance of Desert Hill Recreation Center, which features swimming, Jacuzzi, sauna, billards, shuffle board, tennis, exercise room, ceramics, plus many club activities.
