This is a nicely decorated condo unit located on the ground floor of "Oceania Resort Residences " a complex built in one of the best area of Aruba. It overlooks Eagle Beach where some of the most beautiful sunset can be enjoyed from. You can do that while seating in a bubbling Jacuzzi outside of the leaving room sliding doors, sipping on your favorite drink before you head out to some of the best restaurants and bars, like the " Hard Rock Cafe" located only minutes away.

Hi Domenico: We enjoyed your Oceania Resort condos very much. The grounds were very beautiful and well kept. The condos are generally very quiet, and very safe with the gated access. The pool is really nice, and very clean. No bugs either (very nice!) There are nearby restaurants and shopping, but highly suggest renting a car. The unit itself was very modern and well equipped. The bed pillows and linens and the kitchenware could benefit from updating however. Washer and dryer in the unit were really useful. There are "some" views of Eagle beach from the condo, but they were a limited since the condo is on the ground floor. Really nice beach, but it does get busy. There are other more private beaches that require a bus or car ride. All the beaches were amazingly beautiful with white sand and easy swimming access. As for the weather -- it can't be beat! Since there is a constant breeze, you can enjoy the beach much more without excessive heat. However, beware of the sun! You don't feel it as much with the breeze, but it is very intense. About the owner: Hi, my name is Domenico Simone and I am a semi-retired businessman from the North East of the United Sates. I spend as much time in Aruba as I can and when I am not there, I like for people like you to do the same. Thank you for looking us up.
Why the Owner Chose Eagle Beach:
On Easter week of 2001, I decided to come to Aruba for a week vacation to relax. I hadn't heard too much about this Island so I basically picked it up randomly as a place to explore. I loved everything about it: the never ending perpetual sun, the beaches, restaurants, clubs, casinos, shopping and its people as well, who I found them to be very friendly and helpful. After that week, I began to come here every year and after a while, I decided to buy my own place and have never looked back since.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
What I enjoy the most in this condo complex is the peace of mind I experiences while seating in the shade of a "Palapa" next to our infinity pool. Reading my favorite books and listening to my favorite music. Every so often, I go for a deep either in the ocean, only feet away, or into the pool. Then before I retire for the day, I like to enjoy a hot Sauna, located in the restrooms next to the pool, and the inspiring sunset from my private Jacuzzi.
