One of the closest possible communities to Walt Disney World, Emerald Island is a quiet oasis in which to spend your vacation. Emerald Island is an exclusive gated community less than a mile from the world famous US Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Disney World is less than 3 miles away and the easy access to the US 192 means that Universal Studios, Sea World and Orlando airport are all less than 30 minutes drive away. Yet back at home you can enjoy the peaceful conservation lands and lakes that surround the community.
Our home was built in August 2005 and is tastefully decorated and furnished to a much higher level than you would normally find in a rental property. All linens and towels are provided and the kitchen is fully-equipped should you decide to entertain at home.
The accommodation comprises of a large family lounge with gallery view from above, an open plan kitchen, a breakfast nook, a separate dining room, a downstairs bathroom and five bedrooms. The king sized master bedroom is downstairs and en-suite and there is a queen sized second en-suite master upstairs. A full sized bedroom upstairs and two sets of twins, one upstairs and one downstairs completes the sleeping arrangements.
The family bathroom is upstairs. There is cable TV throughout with a 50 inch flat screen TV with DVD in the family room and either a TV/DVD combo or TV/VCR combo in each of the bedrooms. We have supplied a PlayStation 2 games console in one of the bedrooms to keep the kids happy. Our games room has table tennis, air hockey and table football for everyone's entertainment and enjoyment.
Outside you will find ample furniture around the swimming pool and spa, both of which can be heated if needed. Next to our home is a small play area for younger children which can be accessed and viewed from our pool area.
When you arrive in Florida after a long journey, there is no need to go looking for a management company's office in order to pick up the key, we provide a lock box at the property for your total convenience.
We live locally and look after the home ourselves. This ensures that you will be staying in a quality home with first class service, your total satisfaction is our goal.

Easter, Christmas & New Year - $1495
All other times - $1295 per week.
Pool Heating is available - $175 per week.
All prices include Florida State Tax.
Deposit of 20% required at time of booking.
Balance due 10 weeks before arrival at property.
