About: Owner: Being a Georgia licensed real estate agent, I have viewed many oceanfront properties. We enjoy vacationing on the beach with our son and extended family. Therefore, our condo allows us to visit the beach any time of the year and that has been a big plus.
Why Amelia Island Plantation:
We first visited Amelia Island Plantation in 2006 to attend a conference. The design of the island, the relaxing atmosphere, the plantation amenities, and location to Florida larger cities all contributed to our decision to purchase a condo on the island. Fortunately for us we were able to purchase one of the few four bedroom condos on the island. The spaciousness and location of the unit is what sold us. We are truly at home when we visit.

I enjoy the study/reading room because it provides a quiet place and the bedrooms are large. WiFi(Internet) in condo.
