  Abosolutely loved the place. we enjoyed ourselves and were so comfortable. Won't stay in a condo or disney resort again. Thanks. We can't rate it high enough because 5 stars isn't adequate. We'll be back and will tell our friends about it.

  Hello Mark, I wanted to thank you for allowing us to use your rental home during last week’s trip to Disney. The house was wonderful! It is extremely nice, in a great community, and close to the parks. Our girls loved the princess room and the rest of us had space to relax and unwind in the comforts of your luxury home after full days at the parks! We are already talking about planning our next trip and will definitely keep your homes in mind as well as refer our friends and family your way for anyone planning a trip to Orlando.   Lucky we found your place. Have stayed in alot of places for meetings and vacations around Orlando and really looked forward to coming back to the house at the end of and sometimes in the middle of the day. Kids had a blast and we liked being able to spread out in so much comfort.

  Our kids absolutely are raving about your home. They had the best time ever and it was a ton cheaper than staying at Disney. We loved the house as well and the beds were better than ours at home.   Thanks for helping us with our recent vacation. The house was great. Everyone in our party raved about it and you were right about it being a cut above the rest in windsor hills. We have been to orlando many times and stayed in a bunch of different places. it was worth a little extra to have such a nice place to stay in. We will be back and give the home 5 stars for sure.

  I am such a hard critic but let me state my absolute honest opinion, EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I have been staying at another home in Windsor Hills for 4 years straight. My usual home was booked because I decided to wait till the last minute this year and one of the very few homes I could find was this home, and I was a little skeptical. I was so wrong, and I have definitely found myself a new vacation home. Everything you need, and most importantly clean, very clean! I felt right at home.   This villa is AMAZING! Pure luxury. We have a 10yr old daughter who said she felt very safe and comfortable in this home, which is a BIG deal after a previous 'encounter' at a DIFFERENT property a couple of years ago. The owner was very helpful and courtious, and would like to thank him again for his help and assurance. Will deffinately return to this home. Angie

  We just got back from an amazing weekend getaway at your home. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with your home. The entire process was so easy and incredible we will never stay in a hotel again if luxury is this convenient. The home is really in a class to itself. Pristine is the word that my Mom used to describe it. We felt like we were the first people to stay there but can tell by your calendar and by talking with the management company that the home is usually booked: 5 stars

  Thanks for having us in your home. We were a little skeptical of staying in a home instead of in a hotel or on Disney property as we normally do. We are so glad that we found this house. We will never stay in a hotel, time share, or condo again. We were really pleased with everything in the home and are coming back to stay later this spring.

  Just returned from a long weekend stay in Orlando. This home was such a refreshing difference from staying in a hotel! Tons of room to spread out with our large family, big screen tv's everywhere, comfy furniture, pool table video games--they thought of everything! My kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. I had a convention at Disney and it only took ten minutes to get there. I give this property the highest possible review as it is in tip top shape with all the best amenities! Five Stars!!!

  We just returned from an awesome week in Florida. Your home was beautiful and I could hardly get my kids to leave the game room. It was great coming back at the end of the night and hanging out in the pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and I am very picky when it comes to that. We go to Disney 3 times a year and are vacation club members. This was our first stay off Disney property and I have to say it was the best. We are now thinking of selling our timeshare bc we enjoyed staying in the house so much. You have thought of everything in the house and even had lots of beach towels for the pool which was great. The location was great also. It only took minutes to get to Disney. It was closer than some Disney hotels we have stayed in. We loved it so much that we are already planning to come back in May. My brother and his family have never been to Florida or Disney and I can't wait to bring them to your house. Thanks again for everything.

  That's what my wife said when she walked thru the front door and was completely blown away by how nice the house was. Thanks for helping me surprise her and our family for her 40th birthday.   We love the house. Have stayed on property at disney and also have stayed in windsor hills before. By far this is the nicest home we have stayed in. The beds are incredible and the home very neat and clean. Our kids love the theme rooms and we are very pleased with the pool and spa.   We have decorated our home ourselves and love to stay there with our family. Our kids ask to come back often and will stay and play at the house content to enjoy the game room or play at the pool. We spent alot of time picking out the best furnishings and mattresses so you will get a great nights sleep. The house is brand new and we have had all of our guests comment on how much they enjoy the house as well. Come stay for your next vacation or trip. There really isn't a bad time to come.

  The one word WOW is what came across my lips when we walked in the front door. We loved the house and this was a surprise gift for our kids to take a trip to Disney and to book a house. We have stayed in Windsor hills before but never in a home this nice. Everything about it is truly head and shoulders above the rest. We really liked how comfortable all of the furnishing were. Some places the stuff looks nice but isn't livable but this was perfect. We will come back again and look forward to it. Thanks. Z.A.

We have stayed in many homes over the years and were extremely impressed with how neat, clean, and nice the house was. You have done a great job and we will be back.   The house was excellent. It was nicely furnished. The kitchen was very nicely done. It was close to Downtown Disney. The bedrooms were excellent. the beds were very nice. I would recommend it for any family that wanted to stay at a nice house.

  We spent hours searching for the perfect house for our family vacation before we settled on this house. Save yourself the time and book this now, you will not be disappointed. We have six kids and we had more than enough room. In fact we didn't even use one of the bedrooms! The decorations are amazing - you feel right at home, well honestly it's better than being at home. The furniture is high quality, and designer bedding, large TV's in all the rooms, gaming area for the kids....they really thought of everything. It was clean and they had everything you would need in the kitchen to cook all your meals. It just made the vacation so easy. The location was perfect; close to Disney and many other attractions. The kids loved swimming in the pool at the end of the day and in many ways they were happy to just be at this house and resort. The clubhouse swimming pool and slide was great and there are lots of playgrounds and tennis courts as well. We have stayed on Disney property in the past and can tell you this is much preferred. You have much more space and privacy, easy to get to and from the parks using a rental car (parking is easy) and it costs much less. If you want luxury and high quality like you expect from Disney, but want to pay less and get more for your money...this is the best way to go.

  We just got back from staying here and loved it. Alot of places say they are the best but you delivered. The beds make this as nice as staying at the westin in the heavenly bed which is saying something. Everyone in our group was patting me on the back for picking such a great house which was nice to hear instead of the other way around. We enjoyed the game room and the pool and the open living area. We have stayed in other homes in windsor hills and will not be looking for another place other than this one in the future. You were right when you told me you get what you pay for. This house was a little bit more but worth every penny. Thanks again for doing such a nice job with the house. We will try to come up with a reason to visit Orlando again soon.

We have stayed on property at disney but found this to be much nicer and it took us almost no time to get to the parks. We are so glad we found this place and can't wait to come back.

  We are a family of five (3 boys aged 10 and under). This house was perfect in every way. We spend our summer vacation in Florida almost ever year and this was without doubt the most luxurious villa we have stayed in. The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, well equipped, the furnishings were amazing and the location was spot on. We enjoyed relaxing at the villa's own pool, had fun at the community pool and the boys took full advantage of the games room and numerous TVs around the house. The air hockey was a big hit. Our favourite restaurants were within minutes of the resort including Millers Ale House which have the best wings in FL! We didn't want to leave and we would love to return in the future.

  Wow!!! When the owner told me how nice the house was I thought yeah yeah everyone says that to get you rent their house. After we got here and saw it and slept on those great mattresses I am a believer. This place has been outfitted right. Our family loved it and the kitchen was truly a full kitchen with everything we needed. The oversized beach towels are a nice touch and the finished garage with A/C and the wide screen tv, and pool table, and air hockey, and x-box 360 saved us money because everyone was so happy just relaxing at the house that we didn't go to the parks as much as we thought we would. Its been a long time since coming to orlando for a vacation and actually feeling like it was a vacation. This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun with the pool at the house and the ammenities in windsor hills there was alot to do without leaving the resort. We loved the house and hope we can find a week that isn't booked for next year. Jack P

  This home is awesome and exactly as pictured and promised. Beds are brand new and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are in great shape, brand new - functioning perfectly and all is kept VERY CLEAN! We have rented homes in the past that I felt the need to clean before staying the night -but not this one! This home is immaculate, very roomy, awesome walk in closets in the two king masters - fun kid themed rooms and nice guest quarters (queen room). Game room is amazing and the resort (Windsor Hills) very nice! Ample bath and beach towels are provided. Do not pack a thing but yourselves and your clothes (booster/high chair and brand new pack n play crib are already there) I highly reccomend this home to anyone but suggest you brush up on how to operate energy and water efficient dishwasher and clothes washing machines as I had a little learning curve with these (no directions posted anywhere). Also suggest that the wifi password be posted near the wireless router somewhere so future guests do not have to call property manager for the password. Oh yah - free wireless wifi provided and the kitchen is well equipped. We hope to be back soon!

  Hands down one of the nicest places we have stayed on vacation. Wanted some space to spread out on a business trip instead of being crammed in a hotel room and loved it. For less than the price of the hotel we were scheduled to stay in and within only a few minutes from just about anywhere I needed to be this was a great change of pace. I enjoyed the pool and playing pool along with a great night sleep. The beds were better than the Westin or Sheraton and that is saying something. I'll let my partners know to look you up when they are coming into town. Craig S

  Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed on vacation and we have been to windsor hills and the orlando area quite a bit. This place really delivered on the promises of how nice it was. We payed more than we would have at other places but it was sooo worth it. The beds were nicer than ours at home and everything was so neat and clean. No body wanted to leave. My only complaint is that we wanted to stay longer once we got there but I guess too many people have found out about your house so someone else was checking in and we couldn't extend. Don't worry. We'll just book it for a longer stay next year. Thanks for everything. Michael Hickman

  The are you kidding me statement was made by my husband when he walked thru the door. He couldn't believe how nice it was. I wanted to surprise him with a getaway from work for his birthday and he was so happy. The place was everything I was hoping for and more. We loved the beds and the pool and the hot tub. We even spent some time in the gameroom. Next time we are going to bring our kids so they can enjoy the theme rooms. My husband is already looking for excuses to find a confernce in orlando so he "won't ever have to stay in a cramped up hotel room again" He figured out that he could stay in a nice house for cheaper than staying at the hotel anyway.
