  The house is as advertised. Clean, Neat, Everything Advertised. Plenty of space for our group of 5 guys to sleep comfortably. The Kitchen is stocked with all the items a kitchen should have. One thing I would change is to take out some of the food items in the fridge and freezer. There was left over ice cream in the freezer and misc stuff left in the door of the fridge(not enough room for all of our stuff for our four day stay). One thing I would add are Pictures/Paintings on the walls. It takes away from the home feeling with empty walls. Great view from the deck while cooking on the grill and enjoying the surrounding mountains and Mayfield Lake. The owners were very helpful with details and getting us set up from the beginning. The power was out prior to us arriving and the neighbors had lanterns and flashlights ready to go. We fished the Cowlitz River for Steelhead and had a great time. We lucked out on the weather and caught some great looking fish. I would recommend this place to others.

  Owner response: We sure appreciate your comments and are always looking for ways to improve the rental experience for all our guests. I had just been thinking that we needed more artwork for some of the walls. And we will remove some of the less necessary condiments from the refrigerator. I like to leave the basics like ketchup, mustard, mayo and some salad dressings, though. We hope to have your group of fishermen back again next year.

  Wonderful home the owners think of all the little extras to make your stay excellent.. Bring a large family or group there is lots of room to hangout and have a great time.

  The house is beautiful! The veiw of the lake is just as beautiful. Shooting stars off the deck at night, the milky way, and twinkling stars just added to the joy of our stay! We have nothing but good to say about our stay! Everything they presented is there and more.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Owner response: We have tried to set the house up to be comfortable and to meet your needs. Of course, we can't take credit for the beauty of Creation, but we're glad you enjoyed the views.

  This is a wonderful house, and we enjoyed our vacation there. This house is very clean and space enough for us - a few families with young kids, and has many things o enjoy - board games, pingpong table, and a huge collection of movies. Also, the house is close to the mountain area for short hikes. We had a great time there and want to visit there again.

  Wow - we've rented many VRBO homes but never one as well-equipped as this one! Everything is there - from every spice you could imagine to locally caught trout for you in the freezer! The house is clean and spacious with two living rooms. There are actually four and one-half bedrooms (one huge room with five single beds which can't be called a bedroom because no closet). The owners were very helpful and there are neighbors familiar with the house who are also helpful. We really enjoyed our time in this Mayfield Lake View Home!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Owner response: We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We have tried to make the house a comfortable place for family gatherings. I must clarify that the huge room mentioned has 4 beds (not 5).

  I wanted to thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your lovely home this weekend. We had a wonderful time with our family. Everyone enjoyed themselves so much. The weather was perfect for us to be outside as much as we could. The home was so warm and welcoming. Thanks for your hospitality. The setting of your home is so beautiful and peaceful. We had a great time just relaxing, having meals together, laughing and talking. It was a great time to reconnect with our family. It was a really fun weekend. Everyone loved staying in your beautiful home. We felt like we were truly on a vacation!

  We enjoyed our week here - relaxing with 3 generations of people - a great house, big yard, fun fire pit, well stocked shelves, large TV. Wow! What more could we want.

  Just wanted to say thank you for letting us rent your home last week. We all loved the house. The house was very accomodating! The size was great, the amount of furniture was super, and the supplies, toiletries, food items, etc that you included were wonderful! Never have I stayed at a rental that stocked the house so well! I have already passed your information on to a friend that is planning to come to the lake.:)

  Thank you to the Libby's for sharing their beautiful home with us! We had a group from 3 yrs to 90 yrs old, and each one of us loved the house. The house itself was extremely well stocked, and large enough to be together as a group, or be alone if desired. It has a beautiful view, and is quiet and relaxing. The owners were friendly and very helpful when I had questions before renting the house. Thanks again!

  Just wanted to let you know how much our family enjoyed staying in your home. Thank you so much for everything you did to make it a wonderful place to be. We made many great memories over that weekend and appreciate you making your home available. It is very nice, comfortable and has a great view - we all enjoyed it! We really needed extra room with family coming to our daughter's wedding and it worked out perfectly.

  The property was clean and ready for me when I got there. I found the description to be very accurate. The owner answered all my questions and was very friendly. There are plenty of movies already there for you along with numerous board games. This is a beautiful home in a quiet place. Very relaxing!
