A beautiful 5 bedroom Villa situated at Marigot, the yacht haven of St. Lucia. This villa offers fabulous views of Marigot Bay and wonderful sunsets can be viewed from the villa. This 2 storey villa has large open patios upstairs and downstairs to enhance the outdoor living typical of the tropics. There are large spacious bedrooms upstairs attractively furnished, all are air- conditioned and equipped with en suite bathrooms.
The large room facing east is the 5th bedroom equipped with twin beds. The living and dining room are open plan and furnished with a tropical finish. This Villa is situated on 15,890 sq ft of land and measures 7,747 sq ft. An attractive infinity edge pool compliments the villa.
The property’s wired for dual voltage. There is adequate water storage: 1200 gallons (rain water storage) and 1200 gallons of water storage from the mains.
The property is entirely fenced and is further secured by an electronic gate at the entrance.

Spent a week in this gorgeous villa. The magnificent view was more than what was promised. Very spacious with plenty of room inside and out. Centrally located on the west coast between all the must see sights on the island. The staff was wonderful and made our vacation much more enjoyable.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

The villa is beautiful. Views are outstanding. We really enjoyed our time in Saint Lucia. Fabby is the best, such a treat to have him as a tour guide!
