Less than one mile from an awesome 400-foot sandy beach, state park surrounded by tall pines trees, and barbecue park benches.
This modern-day cozy home features a wood-burning fireplace stove, granite counter tops, stone floors, clean cozy furniture, open beam ceilings, claw foot tub, decks, and privacy. The flat driveway makes it easy to access the home in the winter season.
Well-behaved dogs are allowed when accompanied by responsible pet owner. Sky Landia beach only 1 mile from house. Nice large beach, with BBQ, Pier and sandy beach. Plus dogs are welcome on the beach.
There are many outdoor games at the house. There is also a outdoor umbrella kinda of heavy for the beach but you are welcome to use. The BBQ is brand new weber can carry to the beach you just need to bring a small green propane tank.

Stayed here over Thanksgiving. Record snowfall and owners had driveway nice and clear for our arrival. They responded quickly when we had questions. Cabin was cozy and perfect for our family. Make sure to bring a flashlight when you arrive. The cabin was well stocked and had everything we needed. Tahoe City close by. Bob and Roxie were wonderful to rent from. This cabin was a great value. Would stay again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We have called Roxy & Bob on numerous occasions for spur of the moment trips and they were awesome. Their properties are well kept and I know we will be coming over and over again!
