Ideal location for your lake destination, located in the popular Horseshoe Bend area. This is a family friendly complex in a quiet cove, whether you are looking for a quiet retreat or fun-filled activities offered nearby. Off of the king-size bedroom you will find a balcony that you can sip your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise. We offer a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and a 3rd bedroom w/ two twin beds; all with the fluffiest pillows and linens to sink into. There is also an inflatable twin bed available for that one extra guest. The deck off of the living room overlooks the cove and is just 5 steps to the shoreline walkway leading to the pool, swim platforms and docks where you can fish, swim, and feed the ducks & turtles. There is a 32ft slip with lift for your boat. We challenge you to beat our neighbor's record catch of the summer; a 50 lbs catfish caught under the boat dock just off the back of our patio! Around the cove you will find boat and jet ski rentals available. We are also adjacent to The Ridge Golf Course. We have 28 ft boat slip with lift and a PWC lift for an additional fee.
If you are wanting to venture off-site, you will find you are minutes from the Bagnall Dam Strip, also one of the largest name brand outlet malls (Coach, BCBG, Ralph Lauren, Pac-Sun, Banana Republic, Carter's, etc), Big Surf Water Park, Miniature Golf, Go-karts, Night Clubs, Dancing, the famous Shady Gator's & Toad Cove Entertainment Complex and of course, the vast choices of fine dining that the lake has to offer which include JB Hooks, Bentley's, Baxter's Outdoor Grill, The Duck, and many more. Most attractions are within 5-10 minutes driving time. Many of the more popular waterfront restaurants are within 3-6 miles by water. There is so much to see and do we are confident you will want to return.

This condo is absolutely perfect for a serene, relaxing and totally enjoyable vacation. The condo was so clean and very well decorated. The owners have stocked everything that you need to cook a gourmet meal and all the towels and linens you will need. Our 15 month old grandson enjoyed the porch so much and was entertained for many hours pointing out the ducks and birds. The condo is located right next to the pool, so young children can easily walk to it. The internet entertained our 13 year old and the cable TV had all the shows the family wanted to watch. The owners even had some DVDs available and the entire family enjoyed Sand Lot. My husband was thrilled with the boat dock and the marina was very close. Please do not hesitate to book this condo. The location is outstanding and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Our family truly had a wonderful time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The location was great for our group (there for a spa and shopping weekend). It was very quiet and clean. They thought of every detail and made it feel like a home away from home. The view from the back was gorgeous and peaceful. The pictures and the description don't do this place justice. "Oh WOW!" was the first thing out of each of our mouths when we walked in. We ate at JB Hooks, spent the day at Spa Shiki at Lodge of the Four Seasons and had pizza at Rizzo's. All made for a wonderfully relaxing weekend. Thanks!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The condo was easy to find from owner's directions and was immaculate, as depicted in the listing pictures. The owner has the condo supplied extremely well, decorated in the latest earthtone colors, and the furnishings look brand new. We had a group of twelve family members on the night of the 16th for a fish fry, after catching about 40 crappie off one of the docks in front of the condo. We had elderly family members, aged 90 and 88, who loved being able to walk down five steps to the water front level and were able to access the docks to fish. The location was close to shopping, quiet, and away from heavy boat traffic and noise. The owner was very accomodating and easy to work with. We'd highly recommend renting this condo and hope to return next year for another stay!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family had a wonderful weekend at the lake. We really enjoyed staying in this condo, it had more than enough room for our family. All the furnishing were new and the entire place was very clean. It had everything we needed for a worry free relaxing weekend. We couldn't have asked for a better location, the condo was right next to the swimming pool and the ground level back deck was very nice, you can step right off the deck and go to the lake or pool. All of the neighbors were very friendly and went out of their way to say hi. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. Will definitely stay here again in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo was everything described and more. The location can't be beat. We spent the Labor Day weekend here with our 3 adult kids and there was something for everyone. One of our sons loved to fish off the dock, we loved to feed the ducks and around the cove we rented a boat and jet ski. The home was just great, room to relax and large kitchen to make a few meals. We enjoyed the quiet area and visiting with the neighbors. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We would rent this place again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented this unit for a little family getaway weekend. The place is BEAUTIFUL, very clean and has updated painting and furnishings. The water is right out the back door and the pool is only a few steps away. My kids loved it!, they spent almost the entire time in the water. Everyone was very friendly, the owner of the place is wonderful to work with. We will definitely be renting from him everytime we go down. Best renting experience ever, we didn't want to leave!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are natives of the Jefferson City area and have been enjoying the lake since we were children. Our family & friends still look forward to the time we spend on the lake, water tubing, skiing, fishing and swimming. And a weekend wouldn't be complete without a stop for that frozen custard treat or the Dam's famous fudge! We are pleased to be able to offer our condo so others can share those experiences with their family & friends so they may create memories to last a lifetime as well.
