  This is a great place to take a vacation. Majestic Sun Condos are located in a prime location and the building is well maintained. The view is spectacular from this property. There is no wi-fi in the unit we stayed in although many do have it. There are (non-flat screen) TVs in all bedrooms and main room with plenty of cable channels. The kitchen, dining and living areas were spectacular. The two bathrooms and two bedrooms were roomy and nice as was the double sink in the main bath. The beds were comfortable although not brand new. The appliances and A/C worked very well. You would be hard-pressed to find a better beach or clearer ocean to enjoy anywhere else! Highly recommended!

  From the beginning until the end, our vacation was great! The condo was just wonderful and we had a great view of the ocean. Overall, the condo was in great shape!. The beds were comfortable as was all the furniture. Mr. Burke was very nice when we first discussed the condo over the phone and we received everything we needed in the mail almost two weeks before we departed. The Majestic Sun Resort is a very nice set-up and the indoor pool was a hit with our kids. The whole complex was clean and secure. Overall a good experience. Will definitely return in the future!

  We really enjoyed our 4 week stay in the Burke's 8th floor unit in Majestic Sun. The condo is bright ,clean , very well furnished and equipped , and has an awsome view from the balcony of miles of white sand beach and the touquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The high-rise Magestic Sun complex is modern, quiet and very well run. It features a heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs,an exercise room and ample parking. With the beach out the front door and an 18 hole golf course out the back door, what more could you ask for? The surrounding neighboorhood has wide sidewalks for walking ,and bicycles. Stores and several restaurants are within easy walking distance. This is indeed a perfect base of operations for anything from a weekend getaway to a longterm "snowbird" retreat.

  I would like to recommend that you consider a stay in the Burke's restful 8th floor unit in Majestic Sun. The condo is bright, clean and well furnished & equipped ,and has an awesome balcony view of miles of white-sand beach and the tourquose waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Majestic Sun complex is modern, quiet and well run. It features a heated indoor /outdoor pool, hot tubs, exercise room and ample parking; the beach is out the front door and an18 hole golf course is out back . What more could you ask for? The surrounding neighbourhood has wide sidewalks for walking and bicycles. Stores and several restaurants are within walking distance. It is indeed a perfect location for a weekend getaway ,or a long term stay for snowbirds.

  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Majestic Sun. The location and quality of the condo were excellent, and I can't imagine working with better owners. Thanks for everything Dave, Dick, and Sally. We definitely plan to return.

  We had the privilege of staying at the Burke's Majestic Sun condo in April 2011. We've vacationed in Destin for years and had always wanted to stay at Majestic Sun and it exceeded our wildest expectations. The condo was spacious, well decorated and had everything you need to make it your home away from home. To add to it, the view is absolutely breathtaking. It is a full, straight on ocean view that extends the width of the condo. Sitting on the balcony at night you could year the waves lapping up against the shore. And to see the gorgeous sunrise and sunset was extraordinary. We also spent a lot of time in the pools and hot tub. Our family had tons of fun hanging out at the beach then making the 30 second walk back to the Majestic Sun pools. In addition to the stellar condo, the Burkes were awesome to work - friendly, professional and most helpful. If you choose to rent this condo, or any of their Florida properties, I assure you you will not be disappointed. My kids are already asking to return. Best vacation in a long time.

  What a wonderful condo. Everything is thought of from the bath, bed to kitchen. The view is outstanding and the beach is wonderful. The Burke's have a slice a paradise with their Majestic Sun condos. We have stayed at both and couldn't have been happier with both. Thank you for offering such a wonderful getaway!

  Just returned from the Burkes condo at Majestic Sun and had a great time! The condo was very clean and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed beautiful sunsets and all the amentities at Majestic Sun. My kids can't wait to return! This condo is absolutely 5 star!

  My family just came back from the best week vacation in a long time. This was our 4th trip staying at the Burkes Majestic Sun. Still clean as the first time. Everything you ever need to relax and enjoy. The beach is just a few steps out the door. The sand is still as white as ever and the Gulf is clear and beautiful. This property is a hidden jewel and priced wonderfully for what you get. My wife and I and 3 children want to move to Destin, maybe one day. Coming from Cincinnati Ohio the weather is so refreshing. I would encourage anyone looking for an easy booking and fun time to contact Dave & Jill. You guys have the best spot here. We will see you next year!
