Each level has an airy view of the pond. Once inside, one feels transported to a remote (upscale) cabin in Maine. Upstairs master bedroom has a new queen bed, a sitting area, TV and master bath with tub/shower. Lower level (walkout) is arranged for playing family games, watching movies, and sleeping. The bunk is a fold down double/full size futon mattress, very comfortable. Also above is a twin bed for a single person. The main floor has a fully functional kitchen with a counter peninsula sitting area for meals. The living room area has loveseat and glider as well as other chairs to sit upon. This main level bathroom has a washer/dryer and a shower.
The view of Bakers Pond and the breezes that flow across the property are equally refreshing. A dip in the pond cools you down on a hot summer day. The fishermen have a treat of casting their line for small mouth bass, trout, or blue gills. And lastly, the sunset over the pond sets the evening mood! It's a simply a peaceful place to visit. You won't want to leave.

Year Purchased: 2002
My husband Daniel and I purchased this property and built our cabin in 2002. We hoped to enjoy the pond with our sons and also help them get through college! Mission accomplished! We still love to come here for the breeze and the relaxed mood it creates.
