  We had a group of 13 and all of them were saying - "fantastic, great house and amenities, really enjoyed our whole week there. The listing description was accurate. The property was clean and well-maintained. Owner was very helpful and answering all questions I would recommend it highly - in fact my family said let' do this again in 4-5 years. We mostly just enjoyed the beach and did most of our own cooking.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Our spring-break for my twins leaving for college in 4 mths. We wanted this trip to be special as it is possibley the last one where we'd all be together for quite some time. All if our immedate family had more that enough room for togetherness and enough space for time alone with individual families. I must say the pictures did not do it justice. The extra items made our time complete. The umbrellas and ocean chairs and toys for beach fun were life savers. You honestly just need your food and clothes. You have many things to do that are close by. The problem is you will not want to leave. If this says anything, the biggest disappointment was the coffeemaker upstairs did not have a pot! I have stayed in many places that like to use ther words luxury and confort in the discription. This one puts them all to shame. Angie our realtor was so nice and helpful. We will return. We frequent the Myrtle Beach area, this is now our favorite place.

  This house has it all. There is no way anybody could want for anything more in a Beachfront Vacation House. It was like being home from the moment we arrived. The view from three of the bedrooms were of the ocean and a shared deck leading out from the second floor to watch the sunrise was spectacular. Not to mention you didn't have to leave your floor to get a morning cup of coffee or ice as each floor was well equipped for drinks. The top floor master was fabulous and access from the elevator was perfect. We all arrived on a Saturday traveling from Indiana, Michigan and Alaska (4 generations of extended family) to include 14 adults and two toddlers. There was so much room in the house with lots of places to go off and be by yourself. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you would need, to include a great beach tent and wonderful Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs with mini coolers in the back. This was the first vacation we spent wanting to spend all day at the beach. The access from the beach was great, you could get there directly from the pool or use the house access. If you went straight from the beach to the pool there are two outdoor showers, which we used a lot. The elevator was a god send along with the multiple coffee makers, for decaf and regular. The parking was great and the VIEW was to die for. There is nothing this house lacked. Everything was high end and new, not run down like some of the other beach houses in the area. As a matter of fact, we had several people ask us about the house while we were there in September of 2010. There is a storage area behind the showers where we kept our stollers, extra luggage, our personal beach and pool games and toys, along with our Corn Hole Game so we didn't have to worry about it being out at night or dragging it in and out of the house. If you are on the fence about renting a beachfront vacation house, rent this one. You will be so glad you did and the memories you'll have will last a life time.
